super leuk en rustig plekje. overdag was de parking vol met autos van hikers maar snacht was ik hier alleen.

Excellent location for an overnight stay. Lovely walks, friendly locals & minimal noise. Felt very safe.

Stayed here for 1 night in our LWB sprinter, arrived at 8pm car park was empty, walk through woods with dogs was dry as theres a path. Theres lovely picnic benches to eat at. No phone signal on Vodaphone. Had some youths arrive in fiestas around 1am they hung around for a bit and moved on, dog walkers arrived around 8am and car park filled quickly. Lovely place to stay with no restrictions

Really peaceful sleep. Some cars coming and going till 10pm ish but no inconsiderate people making loud noises. Dog walkers in the morning coming and going but isn’t an issue. Nice to wake up to the sound of the forest birds.

Great little park up mid week. One other van pulled up after I got there. Nice walk in the woods with the dogs before settling in for the night. Very peaceful, could hear the owls. Bins there too which was helpful.

Nice park-up. Daytime busy with dog walkers and families using the walking routes. A good sized parking area with the ability to park on fairly level ground whilst not being in the way of the locals. I spent 2 nights and both were quiet and peaceful. One individual made a big effort to show me he had photographed my van! I picked up the rubbish that was laying about and binned it before I left.

Lovely forest park up. Quiet little lane and a pretty level carpark. No facilities otherwise would have been five stars. Area to the left is very level, to the right on a slight slope. Didn’t see any late night shenanigans, just a couple of other campers already parked up when I arrived

A beautiful stop for the night. Arrived at 11.30pm and there was one other camper and some cars. We were the only ones here when we woke up. Few dog walkers during the day and everyone is friendly. There are bins and picnic tablesOne side is flat but has tree cover so not ideal for satellite/solar. Other side was a perfect fit for our 7m motorhome but on a slight slant. Lovely walks. Tight roads.

Ideal place to get your head down as a stop over . We stayed on Friday 6th September 2024 and was the only motor home here.

Lovely spot stayed for the night in our 36ft Rv plenty of space very quiet roads are a bit narrow but we managed just fine

Nous avons passé une nuit tranquille sur ce parking. Juste nous et une autre voiture après le départ des randonneurs et promeneurs de chiens qui sont en effet nombreux en soirée et surtout le matin. Plutôt de niveau, poubelles et tables de camping. La route à côté est un peu fréquentée mais ne nous a pas du tout dérangé.

Un bon lieu pour passer quelques nuits, par contre nous eu aucun service à partir du moment où on rentré dans notre fourgon

Grand parking pour accéder au parcours de Jackson's Bank Peut accueillir plusieurs véhicules . Tables de pic nique et poubelles disponible Globalement calme mais proche de la route ( même si pas bcp de trafic le soir ) En revanche le matin , beaucoup de promeneurs. Nous avons bien dormi. RAS

We had a very pleasant quiet undisturbed night. Lots of rain had fallen recently but the ground was solid.

Was a little worried before we stayed here due to the reviews of some “unsavoury characters”. However we personally didn’t have any issues at all. Arrived here late in the evening, only two other camper vans were here already so it was nice and quiet. It’s a really lovely place. HOWEVER the biggest downfall is that people start coming here early in the morning so don’t expect a lie in at all!

great spot, very quiet at night, only owls. Good size car park, mostly leveled, gravel, plenty picknick tables, bins as well. Nice walk in the wood, small pond. Great for dogs. Weak signal

Seems nice and quiet apart from the light aircraft taking off and flying overhead. Bin and dog poo bin. Very little traffic and no road noise from A515 just the occasional dog walker.

In the middle of the National Forrest. Nice place to stay overnight, if you are not scared of the sound of the Forrest.

Lovely spot to chill for the day, with bins, picnic benches and walks, but about 6pm the boy racers started arriving & playing LOUD music. We decided to move on, as did another van that was parked up here. On a 2nd visit was approached by a rather unsavoury character who was there dogging (at 5pm in the afternoon!). Isolated & phone signal patchy so if you're a solo female traveller I'd avoid.

Beautiful spot loving place to walk and has a picnic area. Stopped for one night very quiet.

Parked up at about 9pm on Saturday night with no-one else there. Another camper arrived shortly after. At some point during the night I stirred to hear a car nearby pumping music and someone setting off fireworks briefly but no-one bothered me. Lovely little circular walks available through the adjacent forest.

Nice and very quiet spot - only one other van while I was parked there and two or three cars passing in the night. I stayed on a weeknight so only one dogwalker in the morning. Limited to no phone service on O2.

Great spot - very pretty walks through forest to a large pond.

A great spot. Friendly dog walkers in evening and next morning. No dodgy activity. Tapping on the van in middle of the night was acorns dropping from the tree we parked under. Very quiet, just one other van the Friday night we stayed.

Do not recommend parking here dodgy activities going on a long with people walking behind your cars tapping on windows etc at 12am

Nice little spot. We were surprised to find nobody else used it over the weekend. Great place for a night or two. As others mentioned, it can get busier in the morning but no troubles to report.

Great place to stay, quite a few spaces and a little secluded from the road.

parking très louche. des défilés de voitures ( femmes seules, hommes seuls ) qui se retrouvent dans une voiture, dans van.... nous étions ici pour la nuit avec nos enfants, nous repartons !

Great spot. Arrived 6pm, only a few walkers and runners cars all evening. Three other stealth camper vans arrived for overnight. Nice couple of mile walk in adjoining forest. Pretty quiet through night - occasional passing vehicle.

Good little stop very secluded few cars go passed but not much. obviously no toilet facilities Good for dog walks as right at the start of the forest walk

Lovely quiet spot. I arrived at 10pm and left at 7.30. Just one other van parked up. I only heard 2 cars all night. A gem of a spot.

A lovely spot for an overnight or day stop. Only two vans overnight, got busy around 10 am. No overnight parking restrictions (though there are in other nearby carparks) Lots of great walks.

Lovely little spot to park up for the day (and night). No facilities, other than bins. Nice woodland walks all around and picnic benches too!

Surrounded by the forest, one quiet road past the car park. Little to no one there once the evening came. 3 Transporters and a Touran

Lovely spot, plenty of space for campers! We and 2 other campers set up here for the night! No traffic, wild life about, peaceful. No restrictions very happy with this gem
