Good stop over, easy to book online. Lots of space, all flat. Lovely cafe/ shop and drive through... open early/late (6.30). Little noisy but not bad over night.

  • 5/5

Excellent stop over, paid online and turned up, I believe daytime parking is free. You can park a bit removed from the road, behind the overflow car park near the barns, road noise is a bit quieter back here, suitable for medium wheelbase vehicles. There's also a nice 40 minute walk around the estate, map on their website!

  • 4/5

£5.24 to stay the night, staff said just park wherever I want! We parked near the drive thru, didn’t realise we’d parked within the sound of the refrigeration unit, bit noisy but that’s what ear plugs are for lol pitch black and no problems at all, only us there .No noisy dogs that people are saying on the reviews below. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. All in all, a good park up !

  • 4/5

Great stopover if you don't mind road noise. Access to toilet and fabulous food shop, restaurant and drive though. Can't ask for more @ £5.24 for the night. Thank you Rhug estate. Booked online.

This would of got 5 stars if it wasn't for terrible yapping barking dogs who's owners should be ashamed !!!! unbelievable how dog owners think its OK to let there dogs behave so badly. you give dog owners a bad name. doesn't matter that we are just passing through on holiday, but I feel so sorry for everyone who lives near here.. what a shame could of been a good stopover for so many people.

Booked on line, really easy to use. Arrived in time to access the cafe and takeaway. Nice walks local. Good easy stop over. Bargain.

  • 5/5

Nice simple park up, road quiet after 8pm ish. Park down on the level gravel behind the drive thru. Quiet and no hassle. Ideal for £5 a night

  • 3/5

Cafe staff rude when asking about parking. I went to the cafe, could see it was closed but people still working. I stood for 2 mins whilst 4 of them stared at me and then proceeded to rudely say they were closed. I made them aware I could evidently see they were closed but had a quick enquiry. Good stop over for what is is, unfriendly staff. 1 star for customer service. 4 stars for parking spot.

It’s been said but this is a great value place to stay, which we did for a week. Very friendly staff that allowed us to top our water up to. The toilets behind the drive thru were kept clean and were open at 06:30 until 18:00. We booked via the website and used the cafe but under no obligation. No problems with traffic noise at all, it’s quiet after 20:00.

so there is now a code to scan for overnight parking which is great. £5.24 for the night. No facilities until cafe opens but great if self contained. you cant beat it if on a stop off

  • 4/5

£5.24 booked online and confirmed in shop. 10% discount in cafe. Some road noise but fine overnight. Toilet by drive through open during there opening hours.

  • 5/5

Great spot to pull over and spend the night. Has shop and cafe! It is on the A5, so will have constant traffic noise. Ear plugs may be needed! Registered van in shop. The lady informed me that they will begin charging £5 a night! She said I could park anywhere, but it would be a bit more private down by the drive thru away from main car park. Which I did. Hard standing & only me for the night!

  • 5/5

Quiet and comfortable night here, staff very friendly. Pre registered through the Rhug farm website and just checked with staff when I arrived. Good selection of food for campers, burgers kofta sold individually etc. so happy to buy tea for my stay. Bins available, and toilets when the cafe is open, but didn't see any other facilities, apart from electric charging points.

  • 4/5

Had our first night in our camper here as a trial. Loved it, especially the bacon baps and farm walk in the morning!

  • 4/5

Handy stop for a road trip into North Wales. Lots of space, registered online. Visited the shop on the morning for breakfast. You are by a main road so some road noise.

  • 5/5

Great place, road is a litlle noisy. there is a tap in the carpark to fill up water and the burgers are excellent. didn't hear any dogs.

  • 5/5

Found by accident. Booked details through website as was arriving after it had closed, ready to visit in morning. Can hear cars driving passed but not enough to keep you up. Great free place.

  • 3/5

exactly what a motorhome stopover should be. Free safe place to park overnight. we got dinner in the takeaway and enjoyed a peaceful night with a few other campervans. wish there was a few more places like this about.

  • 4/5

Thank you for this welcome stopover where you can sleep safely on their premises. The shop is well provisioned and the people make you welcome.

  • 5/5

Great free stopover. Just give reg and contact number into shop when you arrive. No pressure to purchase anything to be able to stop, but we did grab some food from the takeaway and shop. We had a fab parking spot as our van is over 7m long. After 4.30 it’s really quiet as shop shuts, still a bit of noise from the main road, which we got used to. Great dog friendly farm walk too. ??

  • 5/5

didn't make it on time to eat but had a nice brekky called ahead and they were super nice basically said park wherever just be sensible

  • 5/5

Der Farmshop ist kommerzieller als erwartet. Sehr großes Gelände . Parken em Ende ( beim drivethru), melden im Farmshop. Es gibt wirklich keinen Kaufdruck. Alles recht unkompliziert

  • 5/5

We visited at end of September. Couldn't get through on the phone but left a message on the answering service. 2 other vans on site when we arrived at 7pm. Lovely and dark overnight. Visited the farm shop for breakfast at the café. Prices are a bit yikes but food was excellent, loos were spotless and hey, they let us park for free ?

  • 5/5

level gravelled car park, next to the road but quiet during the night. Just need to leave your name and phone number at the shop, staff very friendly. Lots of nice organic food in the shop and a takeaway as well as the cafe.

  • 5/5

We didn't stay here - but missed a trick not doing so. We had asked in the shop - told to park wherever we wanted. The farm shop and takeaway are well worth a visit!

  • 5/5

Stayed the night, we arrived about 2am. Didn’t hear dogs through the night, slept through until 8ish and got breakfast from the drive through. They ask that you let them know you’re coming with a phone number, registration and name. I emailed and got no reply but had no issues while here.

  • 3/5

It could be an ideal stopover due to food places however the dogs in the barn constantly bark all night. My husband said never again!

  • 4/5

A lovely nights stay, went into the shop & gave my registration & phone number, parked up by the picnic area to the side of the shop. Really nice stop but the farm dogs were barking most of the night, not sure if they were protecting the cows. Would recommend as a stop over but take earplugs. Bought a takeaway from the cafe for tea & there are toilets in the cafe. Thank you for a lovely stay.
