Fabulous site, entrance is tight for a larger vehicle but other than that it's perfect. 50p for an 8 minutes and it's HOT (fabulous) the views and opportunities to walk and use the lake are awesome. It's wise to book in advance. we will def go back

Stunning location right next to the lake. Staff super helpful and show you to your pitch. Massive pitches levelling chocks needed. We had lake views one side of our pitch and hills and fields with spring lambs the other side.
really lovely spot, turned up without booking and they gave us a lakeside pitch as not many people there. shame about the weather as its ideal to paddleboard. facilities clean, 50p for shower, clean and hot and gave us long enough for me, husband and baby to use.
So beautiful here had to come back on our way back on our wales trip , the people there were lovely really helpful, showers were spot on , and as for the pitch we couldn’t of found a more beautiful spot can’t wait to go again
Beautifully located on a gorgeous lake, perfect for water activities. Pricey though, at £31/night without electricity in April, with showers not included in the price which is a bit odd.
Amazing campsite, called the owner on the day of arrival who was super helpful and we arrived around 7pm. Pitched our roof tent right on the lake side so the views were amazing, would’ve been better in nicer weather but still great. Owner super helpful, fires allowed weather depending and quiet, fairly busy campsite but not loud at all

Great campsite with amazing lake side views, quite expensive but your paying for the views. Really friendly owners and plenty of space between pitches, fairly early check out. They allow you to campfires on the lake front which was great fun with the sunset. Over all a clean, welcoming camp site :)
Stayed for 3 nights right by the very picturesque lake. Dogs on leads at all times which is tricky but the toilets/showers are top tier with a charge of 50p for 8 minutes or so. Great area for walks and the town isn’t far either.
Location is amazing, we got right next to the lake. Turned up without a booking and luckily had a cancellation. It is pricey but your paying for the views and to be lakeside, if your into watersports its ideal! Only downside is showers are 50p, annoying when you've paid for facilities but don't have change
Loved it here! Camped on the lake shore in my roof tent and had a nice fire in the gravel, kayak on the lake and the facilities are very clean! Staff are very welcoming! Will definitely be back
It’s not £22 it’s £27.50 without hook up and 50p for use of the showers ,it’s very pricey for what you get
LOVED this campsite. Great hosts, great facilities, stunning views across the lake.
Gorgeous campsite, lots of good spots along the lake foreshore if you don't need EHU and really nice and helpful staff if you need them. Plenty of space for campfires on the lake shore (not elsewhere) and firewood/kindling packs for sale for £4 with an honesty box. Good phone signal too. Closes end of October until March - not open all year as the description suggests.
Managed to get a camper spot just by chance on the edge of the lake. Sound of the wind, lake and ducks! Absolutely stunning. £24 for the night.

Great place ran by friendly helpful people who care, Covid aware, clean and fab pitches by the lake. Chicken run free, idyllic!
