Five stars because it's flat, has a good café, lots of spaces and a great view over the tidal river towards Truro cathedral. Its perfect for a daytime park up for lunch and to walk into town.

NoraDayz15/10/20254 hours free parking but get a ticket. No over night but parking on road outside is quiet for night stop over. Lovely clean toilets and great cafe.

Stayed last night, no issues, although “no overnight”sign no penalties signs anywhere.

Skiboy196107/01/2021I agree this is a lovely spot to park up but I'm sorry to report that a dreaded no overnight parking sign has been put up at the entrance by the council? we drove around and found somewhere else to sleep for the night then went back in the morning
PeteP21/10/2020Great place, wonderful views of Truro Cathedral. we parked in the gated bit expecting to bed locked in and have a quiet night. they were not and we were women around midnight by two cars playing music which shook the van.... and again at 0330!

Fantastic spot with lovely scenic views! Also great walk around the river. I agree that more villages should have places like this. A few cars did come in around 6pm to 8pm but just chatted and then sped off! Was very quiet and peaceful after 10pm Would visit again Also there is a little pop up cafe which does hot drinks for the morning.

Every big town & city should have a space like this for responsible Campervan/motor home users. No facilities, but totally free, fabulous view, 10 mins walk from town, or go the other way to idyllic Sunny Corner. Great spot.

Perfect spot for the night. I saw a review that said was boy racers which nearly put us off going here but I think that review is unfair. It’s next to a scout hut and tennis courts. Youths use this area to socialise. They didn’t bother us at all. Very pretty spot by the river.

Great park up gated side. Peacefull no probs. River views. Watched boats getting recovered on slipway. Thursday Night 1.10.20 Walking into Truro for Leg Stretch Tommorow.

Busy during Saturday day time, lots of families and sporting activities but no height or time restrictions for 1/2 the car park, maybe 60 spaces in total and 1/2 have a gate that says it shuts from 6pm-8am. Easy flat 10/15 min walk into Truro centre. Would return and try it for the night for sure

Beautiful park- night stop-no checks-lovely walks-toilets open all night- beautiful and peaceful views. Busy from around 7:30am with sports people but still a good spot.

Endroit bruyant. du trafic jusqu'à 1h du matin et ensuite quelques passages dans la nuit. le trafic recommence à 7h. pas bon coin pour se reposer. à éviter.

Ideal but wouldn't recommend for anything longer than 7mts if you arrive during the day ,plenty of space ltr though, couple of cars came for a while around 10pm but didn't disturb us, it was Saturday night.
