It's a mixed-use parking lot. There's space for a maximum of 20 campervans along the edges. It's right in the heart of town. There's a market on Sunday; you can't stay overnight on Saturday nights.
Es handelt sich um einen Mehrzweckparkplatz. Am Rand ist Platz für maximal 20 Wohnmobile. Er liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum. Sonntags findet ein Markt statt; samstags ist das Übernachten nicht gestattet.
Es un aparcamiento de uso mixto. Hay espacio para un máximo de 20 autocaravanas en los bordes. Está en pleno centro. Hay mercado los domingos; no se puede pernoctar los sábados.
Het is een mix-parking. Met aan de randen plek voor maximaal 20 campers. Middenin het stadje. Zondag is er markt: zaterdagnacht kun je hier niet overnachten.

The game is up. The Northern European free loaders have ruined it for the regulars who always abide by the rules. Height barrier now installed at the entrance at the bottom of the carpark with other two entrances to follow. A very sad issue for motorhome owners who respected it.
28 april 2026. They put up a 220 cm hight limit on one of the entrances. Entrance Nr 2 only allowed to drive out. Entrance Nr 3 still open, but the said they will put up a hight limit there as well
This is an absolutely lovely spot to visit L'Albir, it's beaches and restaurants. Ideal to spend the night as well, and we stayed here regularly. Police came by periodically but never said anything about the handful of campers that parked overnight. Unfortunately, a height barrier was put up today (about 2m max) so it seems like the game's up.
Great place, grey water service, black water service and drink water. Totally free.

Great, level carpark in the centre of town, but very quiet at nighttime. We stayed for 2 nights and cycled to Benidorm and had a lovely all along the beach, via the dry river path that runs past the end of the car park. A German Moho next to us were told to put their portable solar panels away by 2 police officers. Absolutely no camping behaviour allowed.
heerlijke plek om te staan. dichtbij het levendige centrum, dichtbij het strand en op fietsafstand van altea en benidorm. leuk! genoeg ruimte, voelde erg veilig
stopped for lunch here then walked to the front busy when we were there but managed to get parked lots of vans here seems safe no issues
prima locatie om te staan. midden in de plaats. vuilnisbakken aanwezig. heel rustig hebben hier 3 dagen gestaan. heerlijk om te fietsen naar Altea of Benidorm Frans en Marita
Perfect over night spot. Lots of other camper vans and motorhomes of all sizes. Lots of space. Very gentle slope but actually perfect to set the sleeping orientation you like.
Prima plaats in het centrum. Rustige nacht gehad en stonden met meerdere campers. Niet op zondag staan wegens markt. Geen voorzieningen. Alleen vuilbak.

ampio parcheggio comunale gratuito, ideale anche per camper di grandi dimensioni. vietato parcheggiare di domenica perchè è riservato al mercato. spiaggia e centro città a circa 10 minuti a piedi. nessun servizio, notte tranquilla

Ci sono stato per tre notti,, un posto tranquillo e strategico per muoversi con la bici e visitare Altea e Benidorm. Vicino avete tutti i servizi compresa la farmacia. Il lungomare molto bello e non troppo turistico. Ho parlato con la polizia e mi hanno detto che si può dormire senza problemi basta che non si bivacca quindi, mi raccomando viaggiatori non facciamo chiudere anche questo di posto!
Parcheggio grande tranquillo e sicuro. Non ha ombra se non quella dei palazzi circostanti . Dal sabato alle 12 a domenica fino le 17 non si può parcheggiare per il mercato.

Prima parkeerterrein om veilig te overnachten. Midden in het stadje, veel winkels, restaurants en vlakbij de zee en de boulevard. De politie stopte naast ons, namen een pauze en reden na 10 minuten verder.
Hemos pasado una noche agradable junto con otras 10 autocaravanas. Hay algo de ruido de tráfico, pero si te basta con estar seguro y en llano te lo recomiendo para una noche.
nous avons voulu y resté la nuit. mais la gardia nous a dit de partir se garer sur altea car le camping sauvage sur l'albir est interdit .il était très virulent. il est resté jusqu'à notre départ. Ils ne veulent plus de camping car en sauvage .
Ante la duda consulté a la policía municipal y me confirmó que sí se podía pernoctar. No hay reglamento en contra de las autocaravanas. Pasé dos noches de maravilla.
Großer öffentlicher Parkplatz mit Toilettenhaus. Deutlich mehr als 40 plätze.
