Great location for a day visit at £6 for the whole day. No overnight stays though. Even on a sunny Saturday there was plenty of places to park on the roadside. The car park has a height restriction of 2.2 metres. Lots of local amenities. The toilets are clean and there is a good choice of places to eat. Great views of the Isle of Wight and the Solent.
This now has to be paid for. £1 per hour or £6 all day. States no overnighting
I've stayed here quite a few times over the last few months with no problems at all. However this week they have started to install parking meters. its not going to be long before its no longer free.
Nice place to stay the night. Right on the beach front. Parking was free from 6pm to 8am but you can pay using ring go app during the night so you don’t have to get up early to get a ticket. Gets very busy at weekends so don’t expect to get a spot during the day but 6 pm and people start going home.
Stayed here one night. sea on one side, flats on the other.Quiet at night,can get busy during the day.
