Stayed last night, really quiet and the food and staff are amazing, lovely quaint pub and the staff couldn’t do enough for us and our little Daisy dog! Slightly sloping tarmac carpark so will need your chocks, there is a large grass area, just not for us at this time of year! Will definitely be returning. Thank you to all xx

What a gorgeous stop! A very warm welcome, with a nice small grassy spot albeit a little sloping. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced.
Great pub food, very friendly staff and car park with a number of flat spaces fine for our 6M van. Easy access via roads.
tolles uriges Dorfpub mit leckeren Gerichten und süffigen Ales, sehr freundliche Betreiber, wir durften oberhalb des Parkplatzes (Schotter, eben) auf der Wiese (leicht schräg) übernachten, hatten eine ruhige Nacht, enge Zufahrt, für "Dickschiffe" nicht geeignet
Really welcoming staff who directed us where to park. Food was outstanding and lovely walk up the lane right beside location. Had two meals and drinks for £35 and free overnight. Parked in corner of car park but grass area available too.
Carpark is on a slight slope but otherwise we LOVE the Miners Arms! We called ahead, and the welcome we received on a drizzly evening was very friendly. Dog friendly too- we sat by the fire and had a lovely meal. The landlady told us we could use the water tap outside to fill up bottles, and the cleaner arrived at 8am who was happy to let us in to use the loo in the morning. Would recommend.
Wonderfully warm and welcoming! We turned up on spec, on Valentines day, early eve, and the lovely lady offered us a table. Couldn't have been nicer, and the meal was beautiful! Just 1 warning, we are a 7.3m Hymer.. Access to this little village is through narrow lanes, and we struggled - thank goodness we didn't meet any other vehicles! Recommend, but not if you're 7m !
Such a lovely pub, we parked in the field at the back - fantastic welcome from the staff and we had a really good meal and drinks (there's a great vegan menu too). Lovely beer garden and a little shop selling local produce at the back of the pub as well.
Wonderful little find. We called ahead to check and were allowed to stay without the Britstop Book. We ate in the pub (Steak and Ale Pie highly recommended!) and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Car park a little sloped but we managed. Overall highly recommended.
Food was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. They have a gravel car park and a grassed area too (not level) Was quiet after 10:30pm. Perfect pub stopover no charge but we ate and had drinks. Highly recommend :-)
The car park is relatively flat, nice and quiet, and dark overnight. The pub staff were friendly and served good food and drink. The site is in the BritStop scheme but let us stay without the book.
We arrived at the Pub and immediately saw the overflow parking lot. We parked there next to a table and a bench. The Dinner and the selection of drinks at the bar was perfect. We can entirely recommend the pitch.

Stayed here last night. Very busy, beautiful country pub. Despite a busy evening and pretty full car park we were very welcome and had a meal at night. Staff was very friendly. Narrow roads approach but managed ok as road wasn't over busy. Picturesque surroundings. Car park behind a little sloped but were allowed to reposition motorhome to avoid sloping once car park emptied at night.
