One of the best places in Romania. The main road is being upgraded so it is a little dusty. But you are far enough away near the river. You do hear road noise but that didn’t spoil our two night stay. So lovely watching the fisherman sail by. And the long boats. Worth driving under the trees for shade. No services. But a fab park up.
Ruhig, am Donau Ufer - ein paar Fischer. Viel Platz und Ruhe. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad hier.

Nice place near the Danube. Pretty loud if local people come having barbecue, but clean, lots of shade and pleasant overall.
Łatwy dostęp, płaski teren ale ze względu na hałas od drogi i głośne słuchanie muzyki przez lokalsów nie zostaliśmy na noc. Dojście do rzeki utrudnione.

Visited July 2019 We stayed here one night. Many mosquitoes in July, so we couldn't go out after sunset. I don't recommend swiming in Danube.
Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. Quelques pêcheurs, des bergers, pas trop de saleté au moment où nous étions là. Possibilité de se baigner, surtout si vous vous promenez un peu plus loin (belle balade le long du Danube). Nous sommes restés 2 jours, et nous y sommes sentis en totale sécurité.
Beaucoup de déchets, beaucoup de pêcheurs mais très gentil. Des chiens errants gentils aussi, mais nous avons passé une bonne nuit et avons eu de la fraîcheur, bon Spot.
Beautiful but summer is probably not the right season because the mosquitoes are really savage. There are lots of possible spots. You hear some noise from the road, but it's quiet at night. Only local fishermen and shepherds came by. Please keep it clean!
Just arrived. There's a bit of rubbish here and there. Picking it up around you is doable. There's a ton of dry wood to make campfire and fight the mosquitoes. I hope that works out fine. There's no one around except for a guy collecting dry drift wood. You hear road traffic but there's probably none at night.
Leider mussten wir wegen extrem vieler Schnaken den Platz wieder verlassen. Da half es auch 20m vom Wasser leider nichts. Liegt direkt an der Donau neben einer Straße die Nachts bestimmt wenig befahren wird. Vielleicht zu einer anderen Jahreszeit eher zu empfehlen.
Sehr ruhiger und gut zu erreichender Platz direkt an der Donau. Es empfiehlt sich etwa 20m entfernt vomWasser zu parken, da man so den lästigen Mücken aus dem Weg geht. Kein Service. Schattenplätze möglich.
