Beautiful spot next to a river with 24 hour public toilet. level ground. turn left just before the Elan Valley visitors centre and over the rickety bridge. saw an unofficial "no overnight parking " sign. lots if sheep roaming so keep dogs on a lead. lovely walks and cafe at the visitor centre.

Too narrow for larger vehicles and no dedicated parking bays. The visitor center is better at £2 (all day) but no overnight sign is clearly displayed. The falls and centre are worth a visit, cafe food and view are fine (albeit pricey). A nice place to stop with clean toilets. Only one race heard all day, otherwise quiet (in February).

Stayed here as a first night shake down for the van - there are a multitude of places to stay around this area but due to poor weather we opted for low ground . We parked opposite the toilets - quiet after dark and no issues - remember to leave it as you found it

Beautiful, quiet location. Right by the river, with sheep wandering around grazing. Some nice walks around the area. The Elan Village visitor centre is just a short walk away, and they have an outside tap towards the back of the building you can use. This area has a 24hr toilet. We stayed 2 nights with no problems, and had company.

Our very first free wild camp and we loved it. Plenty of parking along the stream and fairly level. Clean toilet block open all night. Visitor centre 5 minutes walk with nice cafe and stunning walks around the reservoirs. Just be aware that the stream noise may bother some if you park too close.

Great place, one picnic table, nice and clean toilets open all night long. We stayed overnight without any problem, plenty of space along the river. Some annoying little flies/mosquitoes though...

Turn left onto the bridge before the visitor centre. We loved it here.
