LudoMevel31/08/2022Location and view are great, but earplugs are required to be able to sleep at night, as place is close to the road. Although traffic was quiet from midnight to 6am, bear in mind there's also a rail very close and several trains can run in the middle of the night. Bins and picnic tables around
roomievwt409/02/2022Exposed to the elements, near a busy road, a bin available each for the two large parking bays and a railway line directly behind the busy road. Clean, the odd dog walker, and a half decent view of you don’t look left. Did the job, no hassles, and we left it as we found it.
IanFrankland11/01/2022Firstly the views are excellent. Sadly boy/girl racer for an hour. The road immediately behind didn't quieten down till 11pm.at the other side of the road is the train line and that went on through out the night. Then dog walkers before the sun rose. Sadly not for me.

Really enjoyed our night here but marked it down because there is quite a bit of noise from cars on the road and I think m be arsed of the oil rigs traffic seemed to be very constant during the night. Additionally the camper rocked as the winds were gusting at 30mph and the space gives you no protection. That being said it was still an okay stop for the night.

Real quiet night after 8/9 pm very clean and tidy plenty of space far enough away from locals. Very clean toilets open in the town from 8am till 8pm with free parking beside it.loads of food places if you don't want to cook for the night. Wonderful art on walls around the town so suggest going for a good walk about.
Fidz05/09/2021Great place. Spotless and clean, with a bin on site. Picnic table and great views across the firth. Quite level and only one train and occasional car passing by. Decent nights kip.

Excellent spot. Great views over the Cromarty Firth. Can be windy but I like being rocked to sleep.

Had the car park to myself for the night. Lovely calm views across the water. Some noise from the train tracks across the road which may be an issue for some. Bright lights from over near the docks. Bin provided and emptied in the morning by the local council.
