An excellent place to stay overnight. There is a relatively new distillery just down the road that does tours, which was really good. No facilities in the car park. Don't park over looking the school. The youngsters skate in the area in the evening but it was not a problem and after all it's their space. The river is just behind the car park and access is easy to the car park. Don't be put off.
Got here Friday afternoon, trying I get away from the bad weather. Was a lot in the car park but more the locals using when going into the town, very quiet at night. 2 other MH but fantastic stop over, very close to the restaurants and pubs. Give this a go guys and support the communit, even if it’s go for Some food or a few pints.

Grote P in Ardara. Overdag aardig wat auto's, snachts is de P haast leeg. Super rustig. Heerlijk in Ardara geontbijt bij "Corby pantry&tearoom". Bezoek aan Sleave League distilleerderij mogelijk (500 mtr).
No water tap here. Searched every where. Vendor in car park advised no water tap.

Nous y avons passé une nuit, parking relativement plat et calme. ce week-end il y avait un événement musical avec des groupes dans tous les pubs et cet après-midi les jeunes jouaient dans une salle des fêtes. génial ! à priori ces événements sont fréquents à Ardara. je souligne l'accueil et la gentillesse des locaux.
This is basically a large car park with no facilities, so why have I given it 5 stars. As we traveled through Donegal we hoped to find a pub with live music. Arriving here we found a small music festival running all weekend, every pub seemed to have music on. The locals are incredibly friendly and proud to see you visiting their little corner of the world. We had a fantastic night!
Great place to park free for a night. Main Street close by and choice of pubs for a beer. No facilities but quiet overnight.
convenient car park 2 minutes from main street, at the back of Nancy's pub - go there for a Guinness... or 2! quiet even on a Friday night no facilities: no water or toilets; they must be building new ones, there was a fenced area with building items there, 15 July 2022
Wasn’t planning to stay here but circumstances elsewhere made it necessary. Very quiet night right in centre of town. Coffee shop in visitors centre 2 min walk away with toilets. Nancy’s bar also 2 min walk with very good food. Try their marinated olives. Ardara is a busy wee town with everything you need, a good base to explore around this area. New distillery near the car park due to open soon.

Parking gratuit de Ardara, à 2 pas du centre ville. Très calme la nuit. Seul inconvénient les lampadaires. Ardara est une ville sympa, proche des locaux. Nancy's pub est top pour y manger et boire un verre. Le lundi il y a des cours de danse traditionnelle gratuits au Héritage Center où vous pouvez assister (ou participer !), cela nous avait été recommandé par le Visitor Center de Ardara. On a passé une super soirée.
