Parking gratuit juste en face de la mer. Zone très venteuse!

Free parking just in front the sea. Lovely sunsets - width barriers imposed Aug 20 by mean council. Still a small area for larger vehicles but beware this will fill up quickly and may limit your turning space to get back out of the car park.

Awesome Park Up, but lots of no overnight parking signs by the entrance. Very quiet and peaceful.

  • 4/5

Lovely spot for a daytime park, with good views across the sea. Tight access up ramp to top of bank, and width restrictions for main car park. Signs say no overnight parking.

  • 5/5

Fabulous location on beach. Didn't stay overnight as there was a board saying no overnight parking.

  • 5/5

Lovely spot to park, although there are now signs saying 'no overnight parking' these seem to be ignored. We moved down the road to another carpark to spend the night and came back in the morning. Beautiful beach and sunset and a nice pub 2 minutes away for an evening meal. Will definitely be back!

Awesome place to stay over night. There are a few fishermen in the evening but that’s not a bad things, makes it feel safer, it’s not completely quiet during the day but quite at night. Amazing view right next to the beach front. 100% would recommend

Just spent 2 days/nights in this marvellous spot right on the sea front. Spoke to the local campervaners and they said no one bothers you and how right they were. 20 min walk in to town or Tesco (other end of the sea wall) About 20 vans over nighting. Locals park up throughout the evening till midnight but very sparse and quiet. Narrow gap between concrete blocks on entry so be careful.

  • 3/5

There are concrete barriers to the left at the top but plenty of space on the right for a camper van (my LDV convoy fit). Right on the coast and not sheltered at all so very windy and cars coming in and out all night. Not great for my dog

  • 3/5

The council has now placed concrete barriers just as you get to the top of the car park. You will need a car or small MH to get through the gap. There is still a small area that could take a large vehicle but this will get very busy !!!! Beware !!!

Great little spot, woke to an beautiful sunrise. The odd vehicle in the early evening, nothing to noisy. Traffic on the road dies down and very quiet throughout the night. Small bin area for rubbish. Town is 5 minutes away. Great for the seaglass hunter.

    Beautiful view. Very windy

  • 5/5

Free parking on the gravel bank day and night. Drive up the concrete ramp to access. 2.1m width restriction but an amazing spot right on the beach with great views. Quite popular but plenty of space.

  • 4/5

Brilliant place spoken to a few locals and the motor home and camper van enthusiasts are very welcome there are bollards are put in place by surf shop who doesn't own this area and have been moved by locals so is a little over 2.1m wide now, lovely walk down the beach picking up minimal litter washed up by the see and bins are available

  • 5/5

Unfortunately 2.1m width restrictions have now been put in place, and only a small area is now accessible to wider vehicles.

Just had a couple of nights in this great spot. Only people of beach at night fishermen. Felt safe . No boy racers. Sea great for paddle boarding. Lovely sunsets . Plenty of room. All changed now width blocks been put us this weekend. Another great spot ruined. Council said motorhomes had been leaving rubbish. Far from it motorhomes clean up the area we want to enjoy from all the rubbish left by the day visitors. Was a 5 now a 1 , the island needed some positive feedback and visitors spending in the shops, off we go elsewhere!!

I am a local resident, and currently this location is under threat of having height barriers fitted. Many of us are trying to get this decision reversed as we feel overnighting motorhomers have a positive on the beach area. Also this will impact many of the wind surfers that use this site. I will post updates.

Yet another perfect night sleep listening to the sea. The road is quieter at night. A good tesco about a mile down towards sheerness. Wonderful views. Many thanks to isle of sheppey council.

  • 3/5

Hard to find the entrance. best approached from Sheerness. the entrance is a concrete slope opposite the sailing club. Mostly quiet on this Saturday night but some movement of vehicles in the night. Park on shingle. Wonderful morning views but no shelter.

  • 5/5

Very nice spot. Quite wind and a lot of vehicles parked but there is a lot of space

Beautiful spot, magnificent view. Friday night there were many cars going past on the gravel, some very fast. Also racing on the nearby street. Eventually it did calm down a little.

  • 5/5

  • 3/5

Not to many motorhomes of people staying for a night, but quite some permanent ones. A lot of Traffic in the evening and night as the main road is directly behind. Quite some cars just driving by the campervans an turning. We stayed, as we had no alternative, but did not feel save.

  • 5/5

Free. Suited for motor home, camper van and cars. Dogs allowed. Overnight stay free. Quite location, pub close and lake campsite across the road toilet and waste water sheds there.

  • 5/5

Raised shingle bar on the beach.Easy access close to public toilets.Short walk to pub.It is exposed so can be windy.
