Really good. £6 for 24 hours whilst sheltering from high winds!

Stayed 2 nights in alpamare carpark. Great quiet area, £6 for 24hrs. Nice short walk down the path at the back of Alpamare to the beach & bus stop to attractions. Also great access to a shop if needed as Tesco express is about a 5 minute walk up the road.

  • 5/5

£6.20 for 24 hrs very close for the north shore beach 9 other camper in the same spot for the night

  • 5/5

Stayed two nights. There were at least another 20 vans there, too, and I felt super safe, just like being on a campsite. Only £6 for 24 hours, local bus into Scarborough was only £2's so cheaper than paying to park. Great place to stay 5*

Spent a very quiet night here in the company of about 20 other vans and campers. On a Saturday morning many cars arrived to the waterpark but nobody looked at us twice. Very close to the beach (5 min) if you take the narrow path on the left handside past the waterpark. For a quiet night we recommend this spot over the one on the street by the beach.

  • 5/5

Lovely spacious car park. Felt secure. Nice walk down to the beach. Ideal for open air theatre. Also good if you want to listen to the acts without attending the theatre. Bargain at only £6 for 24hrs, will definitely stay again.

we arrived yesterday and although only a car park, it's clean & well priced for 24hours. Of course not much of a view but 5 minutes stroll beach, use pathway at side of waterpark. Tesco express less than 5 minutes on main road to the right or a one stop shop down the hill to left. came for 1 night it's so peaceful staying 3,lovely park to walk dog again down hill, also toilet. Elsen point on prom

  • 5/5

Our 2nd time here and it is a great location and no issues - coin payment, phone or via app as no cards at machine and it is £6.00 per night - nice stroll along the prom

  • 5/5

Great site to stay overnight, very quiet and secure. Great sized bays for campers and motor homes. Well lit area for security. Beach and open air theatre a very short walk away. Small Tesco just along the road from entrance. You can use the Pay to Park app or pay at machine. Holiday Inn and Tunny Catch right next to parking area. Swimming, sauna and spa facilities at Alpamare Water Park

Fantastic spot, kids loved having fun on the water slides and a swim for a couple of hours, then back to the van for some supper and a good nights sleep. Lots of other people staying over which made this location really safe.

  • 5/5

Great space, quiet down the bottom end with a couple more staying near us, making it feel safe. shops within walking distance, and at £6.20 for 24 hrs a great price

  • 5/5

This is a decent location, popular as it has no restrictions and reasonable at £6 for 24 hours. Used the water park toilets (bit cheeky). 5 minute walk down to north beach, take the path beside the water park.

Stayed here Friday night, perfect for open air theatre. Had tea at the Tunny catch and breakfast at the premier inn. Fabulous location. Had a problem with the parking app as it wanted to charge us double ie 2 days so had to use cash in meter instead £6 for 24 hours

  • 5/5

Great base to visit Scarborough. Overnight and all day parking whilst in the castle, harbour and eatery for £6.20 on phone app is fantastic value. Parked along the rear between Premier Inn and Alpamare along with 10 or so others on Friday evening. Didn't hear noise from pumps, quiet considering location. Would return and stay again.

  • 5/5

Stayed overnight while at a concert in the open air theatre. Arrived around 5pm and car park was quiet, already quite a few campers in though. Got a good gap, parking cheap, quiet through the night and elf safe. Would stay again no problem

  • 4/5

Stayed here for a few nights. Was noise from the pumps are running all night from the aqua park, was like a generator running in the back ground, dep on which way the wind was blowing to how loud it was.Steep down hill walk to the beach. Would stay again. Park up sensible, leave no trace and respect. Don't lose this one guys! £6,30 by phone for 24 hrs

  • 5/5

£6 for 24hr parking, we stayed the night in the camper and used the toilets in the hotel on the carpark, nice quiet site only a short walk to the beach and to the local shop.

Very quiet night here, £6 overnight fee. 2 other vans with us, Marston's pub at the side of the car park, nice pint and good priced food.

Paid £6 for 24 hours but ended up at Sea-life carpark for overnight stay. Should have just stayed here as we came back in morning and there was only two camper vans in the whole car park! Path down left side of waterpark leads straight to the beach. Left part of beach is dog friendly. Pub at other end of carpark serving your standard pub grub.

  • 5/5
