Ich bin sehr enttäuscht! Vielleicht liegt es an der Reisezeit: 7.01.2024! Die Dame am Empfang spricht kein Wort Englisch (grundsätzlich ok, aber Übersetzungsprogramme wurden kompliziert genutzt) Der Jogging Anzug von ihr war absolut schmuddelig! Wi-Fi nur an Rezeption, keine Toilettenbrillen, Klotüren oft kaputt! Wasser soll 10€ extra kosten!! (30 ltr!). Platz-Wege-Beleuchtung keine! Etc. Nie mehr
Verder Niemand op de camping. Mooi schoon toilet gebouw en echt een heerlijke douche. Ongelofelijk dat ze open zijn, maar heel fijn. In deze regio nergens vrij camperen.
Pas de WiFi hormis à l'accueil et l'eau était jaune donc nous n'avons pas fait le plein !
we were the only ones at the campsite, so it was very quiet and clean. 700m from the beach (good view but strong current) the receptionist was very helpful. toilet and showers were clean and with warm water but ... - The showers drain were not working properly - there are cats and dogs in the campsite, so you need to watch out so they don't come inside your vehicle

Waren alleine auf dem ganzen Paltz. Saubere Anlage und warme Dusche. Für eine Nacht mit Strom und Entsorgung haben wir 23 Euro bezahlt.
HUNDE laufen frei herum! Unser Hund wurde direkt attackiert und gebissen. Jeder muss natürlich selbst entscheiden, ob man das Risiko trägt. Nach medizinischer Versorgung sind wir direkt wieder gefahren. Der Besitzer war selbst sehr geschockt über seinen Hund,freundlich u.hilfsbeteit. Umgebung sehr schön, möchte entsprechend erwähnen,dass die schlechte Bewertung wegen den freilaufenden Hunden ist
Very nice camp site. Great service, clean sanitary. There is a pool and restaurant. Very close to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. The only sounds you hear at night are from the beach and crickets. Would recommend!
Chouette camping, pas beaucoup d'emplacement mais là pour ces 2 nuits nous étions 6/7 fourgons. Place bien ombragé. très belle piscine, et apparemment beau resto. Accueil en français par la gérante très sympathique (mieux que sont mari !) plage a 500m en passant devant un parc d'animaux sauvages (autruche, Bisons, etc..) Petit village avec superette a 5km
quite expensive compared to campings in the Algarve. When we were there it was quiet, so even though the pitches are a bit small we had plenty of privacy. The bathrooms and showers were clean and the beach is very close. Beautiful beach, but dangerous current so stay alert when swimming. We hated the bracelets that we had to wear during our stay.
The park is excellent. I’ve seen some negative comments about the campground but I think it’s pretty nice. If you have a camper you have some nice places to put it under the trees. For tents it’s even better because you can find a place with a sea view and lots of shade. The comodities and very nice and the pool and bar area are very neat…. You can walk to the nearest beach. Lots of trekking..

Amazing Pool, shady pitches, súper friendly staff. No seats on toilets for some reason! Lots of hot water. Sadly they had a DJ playing from sunset til 2300 which could be heard loudly throughout the site. An hour too long. 15min walk to the amazing beach downhill. Not very flat pitches.
Schöner Campingplatz. Die Sanitäranlagen müssten mal überholt/repariert werden und 3,50€ für den Pool als Erwachsener ist schon ein wenig teuer. Ansonsten sehr schöne Anlage mit schönen Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr nettes Personal.

Fantastic place! Beautiful reception, clean, large, trees for shade. Tip: make sure you have an adapter for electricity- or you can borrow one if you don’t. €20 deposit for the adapter-you get it back.

Ideale locatie voor uitstapjes naar prachtige (niet toeristische) stranden. Vriendelijk ontvangst, bij de receptie weten ze veel van de omgeving. Camper plekken zijn mooi, tussen de bomen, genoeg schaduw. Fijne toilet gebouw in de buurt. Aanrader!
staff very friendly and helpful, but a bit expensive at ,€24.50 a night for two people and a camper (no electric) as bar, restaurant and pool not open. Bathrooms are clean but no toilet seats toilet paper or soap at basins. Walking distance to lovely beach (past the zebra, bison and ostriches. beach bar open but we didn't visit.

Wunderschöner Campingplatz mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr sauber und es gibt genügend, auch für die Hauptsaison. 10 min zu Fuß an die beiden Strände, die super schön sind. Bäcker kommt jeden Morgen um 9 vorbei.
Zwembad nog leeg, restaurant nog gesloten maar een klein wandelingetje naar het strand en dat is de knusse beachbar geopend! Aanrader!

Empfang sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr angenehm, ruhig und in fantastischer Landschaft. Tolle wilde Strände in der Nähe.

Als je van rust houdt zit je hier goed deze tijd van het jaar. ( we waren de enige op de camping) zeer net sanitair met hete douche. Midden in de natuur en 800 meter van een fantastisch strand.

Der Platz sieht unbewohnt aus und befindet sich wohl im Winterschlaf obwohl er geöffnet hat. Keine Menschenseele da und die Straßen dorthin sind rumpelig. Ich bin weiter gefahren weil ich mich unwohl gefühlt habe dort. Vielleicht für eine Notlösung ok.
Ganz schöner Camping, nicht weit von wunderschönem Strand (Straße kurz aber steil). Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber und großzügig. während wir da waren wie ausgestorben, nur 3 andere Camper. Preis etwas höher mit 16€ Van 2 Pers. o. Strom (und o. Klopapier) ;)

The place itself is decent. shaded beneath trees (though that's not much of a priority in October) along a narrow path. you have to put a sign on all tents, the car AND wear a blue paper bracelet at all times for "security" to identify you. I certainly didn't see any. The real kicker was the washhouse though: large, but missing soap, toilet paper and even the toilet seats. ok for a night.
Great camping, pool closed (October|) as was shop etc. ||||||Clean facilities, Ricardo at reception was very helpful. We would stay again.
Schön gelegener Platz mit Stellplätzen unter Pinien und Eukalyptus Bäumen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Sanitäranlagen geräumig und sauber. Drei Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der in der Mitte gelegene ist durch einen kleinen steilen Pfad zu erreichen und ist einfach unfassbar schön. Zusätzlich lässt sich auf den Klippen entlang wandern was spektakuläre Ausblicke beinhaltet.
Platz ist sehr schön, aber Preise sind unverschämt. Abwasserentleerung kostet 10€. 3,50€ für den Pool
Sehr schöner, sauberer Campingplatz! Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal. Die Sanitäranlagen waren sehr sauber! Wir haben für einen Van mit 2 Personen und Strom 24€ bezahlt (September).
Sehr schöner und ruhiger Campingplatz. Toll ist die Nähe zum Strand (10min). Die Spots liegen unter Bäumen und die Sanitäranlagen werden täglich gereinigt. Der kleine Supermarkt auf dem Platz, führt regionale Produkte die auf jeden Fall probiert werden sollten. Jeder Zeit wieder!!!
Cadre agréable, avons pu profiter de la belle piscine au coucher du soleil, joli emplacement. 25,50€ pour 2 fourgon 6.36 m avec électricité Par contre mauvais accueil à l’arrivée et même au départ par un jeune homme désagréable. Il vaut mieux savoir parler anglais que français… rien que pour cela je ne reviendrais pas dans ce camping!
Camping parfait pour un arrêt. Au calme pour la nuit et sanitaires propre à disposition. Nous avons payé 20 € pour deux avec un van. Les douches chaudes étaient inclus. Petite balade de 10 minutes jusqu’à la mer le matin.

Trotz Hochsaison toller, Platz und sauber.Nettes Personal und lustiger “Tierpark” auf dem Weg zum Strand.Der Strand ist sehr schön und man kommt zu Fuss hin.
The camping is Ok but the restaurant is a disaster… far too long wait…young, arrogant and novel waiter ruined our night…he was wrong with the order on several occasions… after 45 min waiting he mentioned that half of our order was not going to be deliver since it should not be in the menu list…. he even wanted to charge us some dishes that never arrived… he even dare to call us liars… unbelievable and horrible experience… we were planning to stay 2/3 days but we are leaving after one day because of this event… do not recommend the restaurant
La piscina está genial pero el acceso no es gratuito, hay que pagar 3,5 € por persona a partir de 13 años. No están permitidos los perros. El personal del bar muy desagradable, en recepción nos recibió un chico muy majo, ponemos una Estrella solo por él. Una noche, 2 adultos y 2 niños (12 y 14 años) en autocaravana 58 €, nos pareció caro. Las playas de alrededor espectaculares, acceso difícil.
como camping normalito por ser 4 estrellas, plazas con ramas y sin señalizar. la piscina genial y playas preciosas cerca. precio normal, autocaravana 2 pers sin electricidad =23€ Personal joven inexperto y impertinente, sobretodo en el bar, restaurante con 4 cosas y no de camping, comida desorbitada. Ayer tarde sin agua toda la tarde/noche, ni ducha ni platos.
OJO! muchísimas ramas. De todo el camping solo en la parte alta se puede aparcar con caravanas/furgonetas. Solo del tránsito por el camino para entrar salir se nos ha arañado la AC tipo capuchina. De los sitios que quedaban libres unos estrechos y otros Con ramas. por mi parte no recomendable para AC. No nos avisaron en recepción y había más gente a la que también les había sucedido.

Bel ensemble bien situé pour balades cotière et plage. Peu de monde. Les equiments sanitaires sont un peu degradés, mais la propreté est ok. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas au restaurant. 24€ pour 1 van, 2 pers, elec. La aussi c'est un peu cher vu qu'il n'y a pas de mercado et qu'il faut payer la piscine en plus.

Platz unter Eukalyptusbäumen ganz ok, Sanitäranlagen basic (ohne Klopapier, -brillen, Seife) aber sehr sauber, Duschen heiß und regulierbar. Leider viele sehr lästige Fliegen. Kein Markt. Pool sieht ganz ok aus, aber nicht probiert.
Stellplatz war ganz schön. Die sanitären Anlagen waren in Ordnung. Der Pool kostet pro Person 3,50€ extra. Das fanden wir zu viel, dafür das der Pool leider echt dreckig und milchig war. Preis insgesamt für zwei Nächte zwei Personen mit Camper und Pool 50€.

Sehr zufrieden! Direkte Lage zum Strand (nur 700m entfernt). Nettes Personal, ruhige Lage, Sanitäranlagen sehr sehr sauber. Restaurant war leider noch nicht offen, erst in der Hauptsaison. Pool konnte ohne weitere Gebühr genutzt werden. Daumen hoch!

Nice rural camping. Very quiet, lots of trees and shade, showers and toilets were clean. We were satisfied. Too bad the pool was still closed. The beach and ocean are a short walk away, with Fishermen's Trail nearby and also animal farms nearby.
prima douche en het was er schoon. Zwembad en restaurant was gesloten. Daarnaast loopt de hond(ter grootte van een pony) van de eigenaar los rond op het terrein die ook onze hond had aangevallen. Diezelfde ochtend ook nog een poging gedaan om onze zoon van 2 nog een hap te geven op weg naar de schommel,dus toen maar snel vertrokken.
Schöner Platz, netter Eigentümer, der in der Nebensaison entspannt mal da und mal weg ist, aber immer hilfsbereit, großartiger Strand! Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder waren begeistert, auch wegen der Tiere gegenüber.
Schöner Platz, viele Bäume, freundlicher Besitzer und sehr ruhig gelegen. Tiere überall den Platz herum und 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand.
Der Platz ist geöffnet, es ist aber kein Camper da, was mich nicht wundert. Der Besitzer ist nicht sehr freundlich, der Platz macht einen etwas ungeastlichen Eindruck und ist relativ teuer. (22€ incl Strom).
Leider ist der Platz momentan geschlossen. Es gibt keine Informationen vor Ort oder per Telefon
nice location, with view of the beautyful beach. the market was closed in off season, but there is a small market 2km from the campsite. the facilities are good and our son had a blast after finding out about all the animals around the farm next door. :)
Sanitäranlagen sauber, kein Toilettenpapier. 18 Euro für Womo & 2 Personen. 2 Grösse Schmuse-Wachhunde machen hier die Runde. und ein süßer kleiner Kater. Sehr ruhige Nacht verbracht. Für höher Womo.. wegen Bäumen teilweise schwierig. In der Nähe Weide mit Zebra, Bisons und Vogelstrausse...Ozean teilweise sichtbar ,Wellenrauschen hörbar :-)
Good shady site very quiet low season - little bar restaurant does sandwiches and amazing orange juice ! Everyone is friendly and there’s a lovely (large!) campsite dog. You can hear the ocean when the surf is up and the walk to tue beach is a nice one as the edge of the road has a verge and also you can cut through past the buffalo emu farm to the coastal path. The beach cafe isn’t open at all (it’s October)
Gros bemol: en 24 h les mégots de cigarette et les boules de poils n'ont pas disparu des douches, les pissotieres... pas rincées... poubelles pas vidées... C'est pourtant le double du prix des autres dans les environs, y compris du resto, loin de tout et sans ces services d'entretien et d'hygiène... Pas rassurant.
This is a nice place with good facilities and a beautiful pool. There are some very interesting animals across the road and the beach is about a 500 meter walk. We would stay again it was €21 for 2 people and a 6m motor home.

Ruhiger, schattiger Platz oberhalb vom Praia carvarhal - fussläufig in 5-10min zu erreichen! sehr freundliches Team - entspannte Atmosphäre und zur Abwechslung ein Pool Besuch (kostet extra) am Nachmittag-die Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut! gepflegte Sanitäranlagen runden das Paket ab! Sehr empfehlenswert
No puedes acceder sin el certificado de vacunación o prueba COVID. Algunos árboles dificultan el paso de las autocaravas y hay que ir con cuidado. No tienes parcela adjudicada. "Perdímos" el pienso de los perros siendo los únicos con mascotas allí. Nos devolvieron la bolsa casi vacía y rota el último día. El camping tiene un perro que vive libre allí. No dieron explicaciones. Trato correcto.

Lovely quiet spot and very near some lovely beaches too visit the following day. parking under the trees so shady from the sun. some loud vehicles early morning if your a light sleeper park away from road. we were up by this time traveling with small baby.
Super calmo, limpo, a 20 min a pé da Praia do Carvalhal e Machado, assim como da vila do Brejão. Durante a noite somos embalados pelo som do mar. Sítio perfeito para relaxar. Sem Wi-Fi na zona das caravanas.
Great camping w view over the ocean, and run by a family. Was open on 2nd Jan., we were basically alone so could take a great spot that overlooks to the ocean, under eucalyptus trees. Sanitary is well built, spacious and nice, shower was hot and great. They have a pool that in summer must be nice. The owner was kind and showed our baby their new born sheep. 22€ for 2pers. van electricity.

Aseos limpios, camping con mucha sombra, alejado de la playa, wifi solo funciona en zonas comunes no llega a las parcelas, solo al restaurante... Lo peor las moscas, hay muchísimas pues está rodeado por zonas agrícolas de cultivo, vid, fresas...
The most expansive place so far I found in Portugal some days ago for 30€ per night was a beautiful garden. 36€ without swimming included considering all the comments about the poor sanitär equipment is a way too expansive.. don’t recommend this!
