What a fantastic park up , £9.80 for 24hrs, a two day city break for less than £20! large carpark , camper vans and M/H around the outside , quite a few in when we stayed I imagine it will be very popular in the summer , no facilities only public bins , we took our waste away , large grassy area for dogs , pub & restaurant 100m ,10mins to the old part of Lincoln , well done Lincoln council ,

  • 5/5

Spacious very central. 24h now £9.80. About 10 minutes to cathedral and castle and old town. Really good

  • 5/5

Cheap for central parking and everything on your door step. Highly recommend.

  • 5/5

£9.50 for 24 hours. We have a 7.5 motorhome and fit perfectly in the spaces. 5 other motor homes here when we arrived. 5 minutes walk to town Center and cathedral. Lovely spot

  • 5/5

Great location for restaurants and city centre. I arrived just after midday and paid £9.50 for 24 hours, so I don't have to rush in the morning. large grassed area for walking the dog and a children's play area.

  • 5/5

A great place, really secure and open, nice and level. a bit hilly on the way but no issues

  • 5/5

Fantastic park up, £9.50 for 24hrs or £4.50 6pm-8am 5 mins to castle and cathedral, pubs, an Indian and a corner shop just by the carpark entrance. We stayed 2 nights very peaceful! We are 9 mtr tag axle and had to massively overhang the grass but we fitted!!! Lots of bins and a lovely cafe and tapas restaurant within the carpark.

  • 5/5

Fab park up for an overnight visit to Lincoln. It’s a gorgeous city full of quirky shops…especially up the top end where the park up/castle is. Great pubs and restaurants within a short walk and a quiet sleep was had. Car park is in a park, perfect for dogs. Would highlight recommend. January ‘24.

  • 5/5

Excellent - £9.50 for 24 hours. No facilities other than bins but well lit and level. Great location for Lincoln although the steepest hill ever down and back up (the worst bit obviously!).

  • 4/5

Great stop over, park away from builds to not get the low frequency droning from boilers.

  • 3/5

Unable to get a space. Turned up at 1.15pm, no spaces, so parked on road and had a couple of hours in Lincoln which is lovely. Went back at 4pm, no spaces around edge where campers park. 3 stars for potentially good place but very busy with cars and campers.

  • 5/5

Excellent place to park either during the day or overnight in Lincoln. Very close to the centre (15 min walking distance), although be prepared to walk up a hill on your way back! £9.50 for 24 hours or £4.50 6pm to 8am. Well lit, level, paved spots, easy to park, quiet on a Friday night. No toilets. In the immediate area, there is a pub, Indian restaurant, coffee shop and tapas restaurant.

  • 4/5

War sehr gut zu finden. War recht voll. Konnten uns aber noch dazwischen quetschen.

  • 5/5

Perfect is all I can say

  • 5/5

quiet and perfectly located for visit to old town

  • 5/5

Perfect. £9.50 for 24hrs now and we got a 7.1m camper in fine on a busy weekend. Great breakfast there but not very cheap.

  • 5/5

Close to a proper European "aire" but without the facilities (no water or disposal). its a car park but position can't be beaten, its quiet and safe. motorhomes ( of which there were 7 when I stayed) Park along the back overhanging the grass area.

  • 5/5

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lincoln et sa très belle cathédrale. On y a passé la nuit au calme. Parc et aire de jeu pour les enfants. Quelques promeneurs de chiens un peu tôt le matin!

  • 5/5

we've had two nice quiet nights here, easy to find, leave parking, only a 5 minute walk into the city, even less to the castle (be aware that dogs are only allowed in the castle on the first Saturday of the month). fantastic Indian restaurant opposite the carpark and very nice pub nextdoor to it, also a nice tapas bar in the carpark

  • 5/5

Great location for exploring the most beautiful parts of Lincoln. Stayed 2 nights. Arrived 9pm Friday and it was busy with motorhomes but we found a space. By Sat lunchtime it was packed with cars, campers were turning up unable to park. Sat night there were about 20 motorhomes but cars had gone. Price now £9.50 24hrs. Noise from local pub til 11pm, live music, felt safe though and slept well.

  • 5/5

Bon lloc on passar la nit i aprofitar per visitar un poble amb molt d'encant. 9£ 24h, sense serveis. Molt tranquil, amb un parc pels nens i lavabos públics al costat.

  • 5/5

Great level car park, very well lit until about 2.30am, quiet and good to feel safe with plenty of other caampers. £4.50 6pm until 8am or £9 for 24hrs. short walk to Cathedral and right next to the fortress. Will definitely stop again. Well done Lincoln Council.

  • 5/5

Thank you Lincoln, had two very quiet nights, 20/21 July 2023. Great location!

  • 5/5

Well done Lincoln Council. A peaceful location right next to the castle and cathedral and is also ideal for visiting the town, but beware the less able it’s a hell of a walk back up the hill from the town center. Surrounded by at least 3 watering holes, making food and drink readily available, additionally public toilets are only 50 meters away with the disabled available 24 hours via a RADAR key.

  • 5/5

Perfect. All good thank you to Lincoln Would call here again

  • 5/5

excellent stop over, ideal for city centre bays narrow , vans are parked considerably . Thank you Lincoln

  • 5/5

Excellent city parkup! Fair price, very quiet all night, felt safe, and close to amenities. A small amount of litter in the vicinity which I cleared up, would definitely stay here again day or night.

  • 5/5

Arrived at 5.30pm, approx 10 motorhomes parked up. Excellent car park, very clean and spacious. £9.50 for 24 hrs. Short walk into Lincoln town

  • 4/5

Great location, good space, around 10 autocaravans were here. Nice park, 5 minutes to Castle and Cathedral.

  • 4/5

wunderschöner Platz nahe Dom, Fort und historische Einkaufsstraße, eben und gepflaster, Park für Hundegang, WC in der Nähe leider geschlossen, über Nacht sehr ruhig

  • 5/5

This is a brilliant place to stay. We ate at the ole ole tapas bar about 100 yards away from the van and the food was great. This is a must if you like tapas.

  • 5/5

I can’t believe I’m saying this but it’s actually a really nice car park! We stayed overnight on 17/02/23. A lovely restaurant pretty much in the car park too! We stayed to do a Park Run but will definitely go back and see more of Lincoln now! Great nights sleep too! Loads of motor homes which is always nice. Highly recommend!

  • 5/5

We were parked alongside a dozen other campers, popular spot close to city no issues and surprisingly quiet overnight

  • 5/5

Great park up. Lots of vans when I visited. Very quiet, very flat.

  • 5/5

excellent long weekend for my birthday and remembrance Sunday. Highly recommended. (please note this may not be open in December due to Christmas markets etc).

  • 5/5

Great spot. 50mb WiFi on Vodafone, dead spot for 3/id network. I live in Lincoln and use it as a spot instead of getting a taxi home!

  • 5/5

Great place to stay and so close to the Castle walls. A few other campers on the night we stayed. We got a warning to ensure we where parked in one bay or we would get a ticket. We parked on the edge of the car park so our back end could overlap onto the grass verge. There is a kiddies park and a great place to walk dogs. Will be going back.

  • 5/5

Great stopover, ideal for visiting the castle and cathedral. Castle only allows dogs in at the weekend. Surprisingly quiet car park day and night. The Christmas Market is held here so maybe check ahead for December.

  • 4/5

Just arrived and found a nice level spot to park in. Notice on entering stating that there are no facilities for motorhomes staying overnight so well done Lincoln for allowing us to. The castle is just a few metres away and the cathedral the other side of the castle. I think there might be enough to do in the city for a two night stay .

  • 4/5

Parcheggio nella parte vecchia della città. Tranquillo di notte. Vicino al castello ed alla cattedrale. Senza servizi. Molto frequentato da camper e furgonati: alla mattina ne abbiamo contati 16.

  • 5/5

Quiet car park, nice area. Had no issues staying here for one night.

  • 5/5

just stayed over Saturday night. loved the position of the park. close enough to easily walk into the centre (albeit down a very steep cobblestone hill) but just far enough back from the castle, bars and restaurants to be very peaceful. of the several hotels bars and restaurants a short walk away, would highly recommend the strugglers inn the Victoria and for breakfast the Stokes cafe.

  • 5/5

Great spot in a nice park. Calm at night. Public toilets (ca. 8-18) just across the road.

  • 5/5

First time we stayed in a city centre park up. This is a great location. we know Lincoln well and we couldn't have been happier with this park up. Great green space but within a walled garden - or within well established trees. ideal for a blustery and rainy night. Short walks to spectacular places of historical interest. No toilets besides the cafe which opens in the day time. Will visit again.

  • 5/5

Worked well for me, needed a night near the Cathedral. First place was on the cobbles by the Cathedral but this is much better. £4. Four other campers there. One kind lady even made me a brew. Couple of pubs just over the road and a Coop for essentials couple of minutes walk. But no toilets or water so make sure that's sorted yourself.

  • 5/5

what a great spot. highly recommended. £9 24hrs.

  • 5/5

Stopped here Saturday. Got here about 11 but could only get parked across 2 bays at the back of the car park. Rang the office number from the machine and explained our issue and asked them if it was ok to pay for 2 bays. Guy really helpful and said yes no problem. Stayed here loads of times as our daughter is at the uni. Great place to visit Lincoln would highly recommend it.

  • 5/5

Made a short visit while visiting Lincoln. Excellent location. Plenty of space. Access roads are a little narrow due to parking.

  • 5/5

All as below. Note it is closed for Xmas Market from tonight 23/11 until 6/12 otherwise great convenient location in best part of town.

  • 5/5

Excellent spot for a night out in Lincoln. Very quiet on a Friday night. Well lit carpark and the lights went out at around midnight and back on at 5. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally although you would need to book ahead for a table. Good spot for exploring the bailgate area, the castle and the cathedral.

  • 5/5

Laundrette is out of the gate, left and left again. they try to do a service wash in 2 hours, for only 50p more than the actual machine costs. washing machines in 3 different sizes, ranging £4 to £6. Less than 5 min walk from your moho. shuts around 5pm, not 24 hours. Would agree with all the other good comments as well.

  • 4/5

£8.80 for 24hours parking. Great place to explore the city - right next to castle and cathedral. Plenty of parking available.

  • 5/5

Had 2 nights here £8 .80 for 24 hours. it's at the top of a big hill, my old camper struggled a bit to get up. nice walk down to the centre . the carpark is next to castle . well worth a couple of hours, the castle view Indian restaurant next to the car park is one of the best Indian meals we have ever had .eat in or take away .we had ours on the picnic tables on the car park

  • 4/5

Stayed 3 nights 4th, 5th and 6th October. Fantastic location. Pay 8.80 for 24 hours and time starts when you buy the ticket. Please congratulate Lincoln city council after using these precious facilities. Have to make the castle tour, it's fantastic. Only gave 4 stars because no water or waste facilities.

  • 5/5

Great night day. 24 hours £8.50. lovely cafe on the car park for brekkie too. Great location for visiting the old part of Lincoln. cathedral ect. definitely recommend

  • 5/5

Perfect spot for an overnight stop. Flat car park £8.80 for 24 hours, cheaper if you are only after an overnight stay after 6pm. Larger vehicles overhang onto the grass at the back of the car park. Little park close by that has a few children and Mums there until tea time. Really easy walk through the old town - castle and cathedral but a bit of a steep hill (the street is called ‘steep hill’)

  • 5/5

Perfectly placed for all the attractions and shops. Quiet at night, once the kids leave the playground. Sun was on the green, next to the park all afternoon

  • 5/5

Great spot for getting to all of the sites and shops. Very quiet night with a friendly call from the parking warden's to see that all was OK. Just stayed one night, have to say the bread from the shop half way down the hill is fantastic.

  • 5/5

Great location to explore Lincoln and near a nice coffee cafe, good Indian takeaway and a pub. We stayed two nights without any issues and slept really well. Quiet location with a few kids playing and dog walkers.

  • 4/5

Spent two nights here in my small ca4 great place, great location, short walk from all the main stores. Will be back again when the locked down shops are back open. Our push bike was next to the car for around 10 minutes during the afternoon, some traveller kids did try their luck but ran off when they noticed we were sitting in the car.

  • 5/5

    Perfect in every way.

  • 5/5

Didnt stay overnight but did check it out for future reference. £8.50 for 24 hrs or £3.50 for 6pm till 8am. dead opposite the Victorian Inn and the Strugglers pub, both great for real ale. nothing to say you cant stay overnight. still a current great stop over.

  • 5/5

Nice quiet, level, well lit spot. Anything above 6.5m needs to overhang the grass to fit in spot. Plenty of easy access spots against grass. Children's play area in the adjacent park, no ball games. Payment by cash, contactless, card or phone. Well done Lincoln!

  • 5/5

Excellent location, doorstep of key visitor attractions. car park is well lit, with an adjoining cafe open seven days per week, great breakfast and good toilet facilities.

  • 5/5

Great stop. Flood lit car park, £3.50 overnight. Opposite entrance to castle. Possible to visit Lincoln Life Museum and old town, (5mins walk past Struggler’s Inn) without tackling hill.

  • 4/5

We stayed here last night (7.5 mtr Moho) lovely quite car park £8.50 24 hours. Walked down the hill (v steep) and got the bus back ?. Lincoln is a lovely city, and the car park is ideal for exploring ? Thank you park4night!

  • 5/5

Fantastic place to overnight. Car park is surrounded by a park. Close to Castle and Cathedral. Possibly the best car park stop so far. It was super quiet. Highly recommend.

  • 4/5

    Now £3.50 from 6pm to 8am.

  • 5/5

Great stop over for £8.50 per 24hrs right next to the castle walls , quite for most of the night ( some lads played footy at 1am for an hour but no trouble from them ) two other MHs there whilst we were there lots of space to park ,lots of pubs , restaurants near by

  • 5/5

The previously mentioned travellers were moved on after 4 days.

  • 1/5

Currently (August 10th) car park occupied by travellers with encampment across large part of the car park.

  • 4/5

A good place to visit Lincoln if you can manage the walk back up the steep hill but there is a bus from and to the town centre, we only found out after getting back. Pubs and eateries within walking distance, the castle is worth a visit if you like history. No services but level tarmac bays, at 7.4 meters we just fitted in a bay on the right hand side with the back overhanging the grass.

  • 5/5

Stopped here a few times, great flat spot to stay. 24/7 Urinals, Toilets where locked over night. Good grassy areas for dogs to walk.

  • 5/5

Was very windy due to storm but great location of most motorhomes.

  • 4/5

Now £3 overnight stay but well worth it. Revellers make a bit of a noise when the pubs shut but it’s right by the castle and cathedral so no laborious walking up the hill! Worth it just for that!

  • 4/5

Emplacement idéal pour le centre ville, le château et la cathédrale. Environnement de verdure et jeux pour enfants. Nuit très calme.

  • 4/5

We had a very quiet night. Parking inspector said no problems to sleep overnight. Lovely town. Lots to see.

  • 5/5

Came here in August, nice area to visit, just outside of the Castle, well lit and quiet location , we stopped overnight with no problem.
