It was great for an overnight, but as usual, one ....... individual has ruined it for everyone by setting up permanent camp with a large box truck. Locals are not happy - expect the dreaded knock.. Read and follow the charter, and we can all enjoy!

Wanneer alle campings in de buurt van Brighton volzet zijn, is dit een prima alternatief. Heel rustig en mooie omgeving.

Quite and beautiful! Perfect place other than no toilets. Lots of geese and duck to watch on the Pom’s in the morning/evening. Loved it.

Great place to park for the night. Very quiet. Farm shop open Monday to Saturday. Great local produce and you can buy seed to feed the wildlife on the pond. Please be respective to the few houses around there and don't litter, there are plenty of bins. No facilities.

Great spot. Quiet little village, lovely lake, very friendly locals offering advice on local walks. Clay pigeon shooting and axe throwing near by. (40min walk thru woods) There's an excellent local Farm shop on Park rd/entrance to East St. w/fresh high quality produce. Stock up on fruit,veg,eggs,meat, salmon, pasties, cakes and breads, milk etc. They even have fire logs. Opens Mon-Sat 08.30-5pm

Lotissement calme, peu de passage, très calme. Acces interdit les jours de match de foot (le stade est à 500m). Petit magasin bio fermier à l’entrée du lotissement.

This is a really lovely gem, literally right next to the water for nice breakfast views even in winter. I went for a quick ten min walk around the lake, met some dog walkers and cyclists. A nice place, be respectful as people live nearby- I had lights off by 9 and no problems. Enjoy! 24/11/2020

I agree with some of the reviews. It is good for cars or vans but a motorhome is too obvious for the locals. I didn't stop here and went to Bo Peep Hill in Polegate instead. The Farm Shop near the pond has great veggies.

Plenty of room to park. no toilets but quiet area for the night.

Lovely place. Quiet with only a few cars passing overnight. Narrow lanes but ok for normal motorhome. No overnight parking restriction. Rained all night but I expect this is a lovely place to wake up in the Summer. Close to main A27 but no road noise.

Petit endroit très calme. Parfait pour passer la nuit. Quelques promeneurs de chiens mais pas de bruit. Aucune restriction. Parking de jour autorisé pendant 2 heures de 9am à 4pm. Aucun service, juste des poubelles.
