we paid £30 for the site which is expencieve in our opinion as the pitches are not well maintained and the laundry has now gone. the play park is good for young kids but the visitor center is a bit run down overall. Also we were kept awake much of the night by honking geese on the lake. Overall we were disappointed and would not return here again.
No Longer Any Washing Facilites available. When we asked about washing facilities we were told there wasn’t any. We then found the room with washing machines inside - it was locked and the woman at reception would not open it. Very disappointing as we only came here to wash. £30 a night was a waste for us.
Nice place to stay. Shame it cost £30 for the night but great location, opposite the lake. Crazy golf, childrens park, golf and bike trails close by.
We paid £25 per night, great site with all weather pitches that can be a little wet and muddy around the edges of each pitch. Very Good facilities, Good walking and cycling right on your door step, Fantastic play area with pitch and putt. Looks as if the site has an outdoor centre with both water and climbing tower and indoor caving activities for all during the tourist season.
Great for an overnight stop, we did a bunch of laundry which was free. Very quite but we were the only Moho on the site

Some plus points and downsides… (note it was closing for further refurbishment from the weekend). The showers etc are all new and excellent. The chemical waste is er… something best left unsaid. Site area was tired and aged. Good for an overnight stop and the kids enjoyed the play park and crazy golf. Loads to do on site.
Campsite is open we stayed here for 1 night! lovely site next to lake we paid £28 for the night with hook up . staff were helpful . Good, clean facilities.
Caravan site is closed and staff doesn’t answer the phone

Great spot by the lake. Facilities are good. Not many places with showers are open at the moment. Glad we found it.

Camping pas très sexy ! Je ne conseille pas ce camping, bruyant car route et éoliennes à proximité. C'est plus une base de loisirs qu'un véritable camping.
