great views overlooking the beaches at Sleaton. £8.30 for 24hrs but also states no overnight parking...very confusing! not flat & struggled to get a flat ish place

Great parking spot close to beach cost for parking was £3.20 for 24h but more in summer. The car park is on a slope and very sleepy in the winter but there is a flat spot/hard standing room for about 3/4 vans about half way down on your right

Schöne Picknicktische. Schönes Dorf. Teurer geworden, siehe Bild.

No trash can and toilets. but beautiful views!

Great spot with lovely views of the sea BUT states no overnight parking and we woke with £70 fine (reduced to £35 if paid in 14 days)

Great spot for walking down to Beer village and beach. Mostly fairly steep parking with a few level areas. Great views but no overnight parking.

  • 3/5

Really lovely spot for an overnight stay but as the photo above shows, the sign clearly states that motor homes and campervans may only use the car park between 8am and 10pm (no overnight parking) ... and the car park is visited by a car park attendant, as we discovered, almost to our cost (fine £70).

Nice place beautiful view. £4 for 24 hours. Signage not clear East Devon website says advised 8-10pm parking. No mention of fine. Campsite full. Awoke 7.45 to find ticket issued at 7.30am another van also parked not given a ticket.£70 fine. Spent money on local eateries and shops not a good impression there are no facilities for motorhomers. Money making in East Devon council.

Parked our Mazda Bongo here at Beer Head after talking to local pub staff and a local resident who owns a camper. Car park does say no overnight but we were told unlikely anyone would check. There were 3 other vans last night too and no disturbance. Paid £4 for a 24hr ticket for good measure. Great location for short walk into the village, pubs and beach.

Sloped carpark with some flat patches. Easy access to coastal walk. says no overnight but we had no problem staying. There were other campers that night also. Short walk to lovely little town.
