Very nice place! With S/SW wind easy to park between the toilet block. Very quiet at night, lots of old ladies coming for a swim.

wandering19/09/2023parked side on to the water and facing the coast road and got a great view of the northern lights. two ther vans here, nicely spaced out. quiet night and not disturbed. Handy for an early visit to the Broche after walking the dog up the lane and on the beach.
sonisonne02/07/2023Quiet, but exposed (on very windy Orkney). Note: the little road along the coast does NOT lead to the Broch, there is a new proper road, but many SatNav do not know that. Also: the pizza place in the little village is awesome!

Parked up here at Evie Pier, Mon 17th April 2023, by myself, with clear blue skies but rather windy which I had no problem with, perfectly parked into the wind, off the carpark to allow others to park, Maybe stay here again on my return from the Shetlands

True, it is a lovely spot... but it is sometimes overused and too small for more than a couple of small or medium sized vans if you want to be considerate and leave room for locals who wish to park and use the toilet and/or the beach. Regular overcrowding here is very likely to lead to 'no overnight parking' or worse 'no motorhomes' signs!

Quiet and easy to find. Toilets open 24/7 which was great.

Large Toilets (hot/cold water, big sinks x2), nice soap, sanitary products, mirror, area to wash). Bins. Lovely 5km loop walk to Broach from here; we went up on and early walk and walked around the broach on our own. I think it must get coach parties given size of its carpark over there so if you stop/walk over go early to get best experience. Overnight stop had one other van. Fishermen/Dog walkers come/go. Absolutely no issues. Shelter from wind by the toilet block! Turquoise sea views. Stayed 20.09.21

Endroit calme, la plage juste à côté. Peu de place surtout si des voitures sont déjà stationné. Nous avons attendu que les gens partent pour s'installer correctement. Nous aurions pu être 5 en tassant un peu.
