Friendly and helpful people in the pub. If you don't need facilities an absolute boon
Propriétaire Poacher PH. Demandez poliment au propriétaire de vous pouvez rester pendant la nuit. Nous avons eu le rôtisserie qui était bon. Toilettes aux heures de pub. Très calme mais le trafic habituel heure de pointe du matin. Excellent emplacement avec un court trajet en voiture de Salisbury, Southampton et Portsmouth.
Landlord Poacher PH. Politely ask the owner of you can stay over night. We had the carvery which was good. Toilets in pub hours. Very quiet but the usual morning rush hour traffic. Great location with a short drive to Salisbury, Southampton and Portsmouth.
Inhaber Wilderer PH. Fragen Sie höflich den Besitzer, ob Sie über Nacht bleiben können. Wir hatten die Rotisserie, die gut war. Toiletten während der Öffnungszeiten der Kneipe. Sehr ruhig, aber der übliche morgendliche Berufsverkehr. Ausgezeichnete Lage mit einer kurzen Fahrt nach Salisbury, Southampton und Portsmouth.
Propietario Furtivo PH. Pregúntele amablemente al propietario si puede pasar la noche. Teníamos el asador que estaba bien. Aseos durante el horario del pub. Muy tranquilo pero con el tráfico habitual de las horas pico de la mañana. Excelente ubicación a un corto trayecto en coche de Salisbury, Southampton y Portsmouth.
Proprietario Bracconiere PH. Chiedi gentilmente al proprietario se puoi pernottare. Avevamo la rosticceria che era buona. Servizi igienici durante le ore del pub. Molto tranquillo ma il solito traffico mattutino dell'ora di punta. Posizione eccellente con un breve tragitto in auto da Salisbury, Southampton e Portsmouth.
Eigenaar Stroper PH. Vraag beleefd aan de eigenaar of je mag blijven overnachten. We hadden de rotisserie die goed was. Toiletten tijdens kroeguren. Zeer rustig, maar het gebruikelijke verkeer in de ochtendspits. Uitstekende locatie met een korte rit naar Salisbury, Southampton en Portsmouth.

kmck199622/01/2024Staff were great, and happy for you to stay if you eat/drink there- food was really good aswell! Car park is tight to drive into initially but it wasn’t busy when we arrived so no problems getting parked in our fiat ducato. Didn’t notice the noise from the road. And had access to the toilets until pub shut. Would recommend.
coppermill30/12/2023This pub is exceptionally welcoming and congenial, permitting us to park our camper in their car park. There's a delightful dog walk just across the road. Their evening selection of beer and cider is spot on, and the food is simply splendid. We tried both the pie and curry, and each was faultless and delectable. It's also a fantastic place for dogs. Both the staff and the locals are welcoming, making everyone feel thoroughly at home.

Lovely pub. Food was fantastic and great portion sizes. Staff were lovely and so friendly. They specially catered for my gluten free diet too. They let us stay overnight in our camper after eating. We stayed before a trip to the Isle of Wight. It’s about 25 mins to the ferry.

We kwamen om 19 u aan en helaas was de pub gesloten. We hebben niet kunnen genieten van het geboden eten. Wel een goede nacht hier doorgebracht en het geluid van de weg was goed te doen.

Stayed here over night. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pub was very clean and well presented with some wonderful artefacts. Enjoyed a really fantastic and tasty meal. Highly recommend although some overnight road noise. Great food at a reasonable price!

Much better staying on the pub carpark than the scruffy layby 500m down the road towards Southampton. Quiet and safe. Usual morning rush hour traffic.
