Went there in a motorhome spend the day with a kids. Blue lagoon it’s amazing spot. Girls really enjoy. Nice views. And nice walk in the path where we discover another beach with 15min walk. Car park cost 5£. Ice cream van.

Came for the evening to enjoy the sunset and have our evening meal in our little Moho. If you get here after 5 it’s free but we came around 4 and it was £4. It’s only minibuses with more than a couple of people that are charged £10. Our van is rubbish on hills but it was fine. It’s a stunning spot and well worth the cost. Dogs allowed.

Super Parkplatz.

Very tight road but we made it down in Crafter camper. Amazing views but not the best phone reception. Recommended as a quiet stop

Lovely little car park, right on the beach. Signs for no overnight parking. Great sunset view and perfect for a paddle.

Parking cost now is appalling for an awful car park where spaces are limited, we ended up on a big slant close to a ditch and almost got blocked in. £10 for mini buses but not sure what size van would get charged for that as we were a l2h2 camper and got charged £4. Would not recommend any more.

Cracking little bay to spend the day. On the rocky beach, toilets, coastal walks.

We arrive around 10:30, the car park was 1/3 full already. Toilets a short walk away from car park/the route to some paths. A few coastal paths which led to blue lagoon and further ahead, beautiful views and lovely. Parking for us was £4 for the day (we are in a Renault master) and thought that was very affordable when it comes to accessibility and what was to offer around. Perfect for kayakers and paddle boarders as the beach is in front of the car park.

Overnight now banned and they do check both at evening and early morning which is a shame as we stayed here many times for £10 a night. Parking attendant was also telling all vans that the carpark was full and made us park 10 minutes from the beach but allowed cars down.

We arrived late in the evening after a long drive and it stated on a sign that overnight parking was not allowed. It also said “no sleeping in vehicles” so we had to drive another half an hour to find a spot.

This has changed. Motorhomes £10 per day but no overnight stays allowed. Police check up in the evening and car park attendant will wake you and move you on in the morning. Fab place for a day and a sunset though.

I have stayed here for 4 nights in a row on 2 occasions and 1-2 nights at least 4 times. Never had a problem staying here, sometimes i have paid and other times i have not. Toilets are open all night. Last stay was november 2020. Btw i have a Mercedes vario never a problem going up or downhill to and from beach. One of my most favourite spots in the uk. Also the blue lagoon is amazing.

Just found out overnight is banned...... shame. My favourite spot.

No overnight parking all year apart from the month of August. No signs to say this (as they require planning permission). We arrived late so no one there to say otherwise. In the morning a man came to say we can't legally stay overnight. We did stay overnight of course and it was quiet, nice to fall asleep with the sound of the waves.

Perfect Spot! Park directly above the beach, no height restrictions. Bathrooms open day and night in September. Bins available. Seems they have a funny policy: we stayed three nights, but they only asked for money (4 £) the first morning :)

Lovely spot with the blue lagoon just a short walk around the head. Not bothered at all, quiet night. No height barrier.

  • 4/5

Summer is 4£ for the whole day with option to stay overnight for 10. No high restrictions
