Great for overnight stay after getting off ferry late.

Easy to spot from the ferry as you arrive. It was a Saturday night and town and car park busy with people and traffic until about 1am and then it was very quiet. Parked right up the back left hand side next to entrance to quayside as there was an elongated parking space there. Even though no camper signs at entrance no one batted an eyelid, not even from the Police station across the road.

The toilets are wrecked. I did not dare to walk true the dirty water to reach them. In February before the whole virus outbreak we had a fairly quiet night during the week. Now in July on a friday night we had allmost no sleep because of the drunk singing kids and idiots parading with their loud cars. Close to the town centre so a lot of restaurants and furter down some supermarkets.

Spent the night after arriving late on the ferry. Despite the sign forbidding camping, two motorhomes were already parked up with satellite dishes deployed, so we felt ok to park there. Free parking with free WiFi. Some minor noise at night, but nothing too bad. Car park fills up in the morning, so we were woken up by the noise then.

We stayed the night to catachrèse a ferry first thing the next morning. A bit busy in the evening with the restaurant parking, and people coming and going. Then 6 hours of near quiet conditions to sleep, before the morning bustle starts again. Skipped the public toilets. There was possibly a dog or cat in them in the dark. Not lit up during the evening. Not the best spot, but solved the issue on where to park for the night.

Large parking, wc nearby, nice place to stay is you want to visit the city or if you are planning to go on a ferry. There is "camping is forbidden" sign, but we stayed for one night and that was ok.

Slept one night here and then left our van here for 1 week. We parked between the toilet block and the police parking. Got back to our van completely un touched. Toilets are rather dirty but better than nothing.

Das lautet Umfeld muss man schon mögen um hier zu übernachten. Ich mag das aber nicht und bin weiter gefahren.

Parking jour nuit bien pratique car débarqués du ferry à 23h nuit calme, juste deux vans, travaux publics le matin, réveil assuré pour démarrer pas de problème

Great free large flat carpark with nice views out to sea. Toilets and water available and open 24/7. Good quiet first night off ferry.

Free with public wifi and walkable to everything. stayed one night. empty when we got there on a sunday afternoon and got crowded monday morning.

Slept here first night of September after getting off the ferry was busy with people fishing and going from the bars that are far anoth away not to bother you quite night no trouble. Then left the van here for three night as we went on the ferry’s to the islands when we got back van was fine never touched. Parking was right next to a police station so safe there is a toilet block at the end not great but free

Très bien pour une arrivée tardive du ferry, à peine à 5mn de l'embarcadère. Un peu de bruit le samedi soir car plein de bars et restaurants à côté, mais très raisonnable. Lieu sûr, nous avons passé une bonne nuit vers le fond du parking, près des pêcheurs nocturnes.

Super Platz, direkt am Hafen, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man spätabends von der Fähre runterkommt. Am Abend waren viele Plätze frei, in der Früh war der Parkplatz voll. Es war ruhig und wir fühlten uns sicher. In der Nähe gibt es sehr nette Bars und Restaurants.

Bien pour reprendre ses esprits quand on sort du ferry tôt le matin. Ne rater pas la boulangerie sur votre droite avant le parking si vous voulez des douceurs locales.

Présents début mai, en provenance de Brendisi en Italie via le ferry. Quelle différence ! Propre, ville dynamique, et très joli coin ! Commerces, église, plage. On recommande. Parfait pour une arrivée tardive, ou très tôt, places difficiles à trouver entre 8h et 16h.

Parfait pour attendre le bateau et visiter la ville. Je vous conseille d'arriver le soir, vous aurez de la place. Parce que le matin ça se bouscule. C'est calme, gratuit et personne n'est venu nous dire quoi que ce soit. Un peu bruyant car activités portuaires mais ce n'est pas dérangeant du tout. Nous y sommes restés 2 jours et une nuit.
