Point of view on Clermont-Ferrand, at the entrance of Ternant while coming from Orcines. Picnic air 50 meters to the left. Close to houses (100 meters) but the road is not crowded. A breathtaking sunrise over the city and the valley. As a bonus, view of the Puy de Dome. The location belongs to the public road, but we were not disturbed.
