Bout de terrain plat en bordure du chemin qui part du parking avec une belle vue sur la région. Accès un peu chaotique mais ça passe en van. Un ancien chemin continu un bout pour se rapprocher de la falaise mais 4x4 nécessaire je pense. Au bout une vue magnifique sur la Cavagrande ! Quelque passage de voiture mais il s'agit surtout des pompiers de la région qui surveillent les incendies depuis la tour un peu plus loin.
End of flat land along the path that leaves the parking with a beautiful view of the region. Access a bit chaotic but it goes in van. An old continuous path one end to get closer to the cliff but 4x4 necessary I think. At the end a magnificent view of the Cavagrande! Some car passing but it is mostly firefighters in the area who watch fires from the tower a little further.
Flaches Stück Land entlang der Straße vom Parkplatz mit schöner Aussicht auf die Region. Zugang ein wenig chaotisch, aber es fährt mit dem Van vorbei. Ein alter Pfad führt ein Stück weiter, um näher an die Klippe heranzukommen, aber 4x4 ist notwendig, denke ich. Am Ende ein grandioser Blick auf den Cavagrande! Etwas Autoverkehr, aber es sind hauptsächlich die Feuerwehrleute der Region, die die Brände etwas weiter vom Turm aus überwachen.
Terreno llano a lo largo de la carretera desde el aparcamiento con una hermosa vista de la región. El acceso es un poco caótico pero se pasa en furgoneta. Un viejo camino continúa un poco para acercarse al acantilado pero creo que es necesario 4x4. ¡Al final una magnífica vista del Cavagrande! Algo de tráfico de coches pero son principalmente los bomberos de la comarca los que vigilan un poco más los incendios desde la torre.
Fine del terreno pianeggiante lungo il sentiero che lascia il parcheggio con una splendida vista della regione. Accedi un po 'caotico ma va in van. Un vecchio percorso continuo una fine per avvicinarsi alla rupe ma 4x4 necessario credo. Alla fine una magnifica vista sul Cavagrande! Alcune automobili passano, ma sono soprattutto i vigili del fuoco nella zona che guardano i fuochi dalla torre poco più avanti.
Stukje vlak land langs de weg vanaf de parkeerplaats met een prachtig uitzicht over de regio. Toegang een beetje chaotisch, maar het passeert een busje. Een oud pad loopt nog een stukje verder om dichter bij de klif te komen maar 4x4 noodzakelijk denk ik. Op het einde een schitterend uitzicht op de Cavagrande! Wel wat autoverkeer maar het zijn vooral de brandweerlieden uit de regio die vanaf de toren iets verderop de branden in de gaten houden.

Warning: This place and the Cavagrande are beautiful, but there are criminals active in the area. While you're gone hiking, they might break into your camper. My advice is: only leave your vehicle if there is a person closeby who can watch it. (We got robbed even though we parked on private land close to the main road. But the fence was not a real obstacle)
Petit bout d’herbe permettant à un véhicule de se garer. Chemin d’accès étroit et en terre/pierre mais un van ou camping-car peut y accéder. Totalement au calme, sans vis à vis. Vue sur la cavagrande au top
Very quiet night and wonderful view! You can see the mount Etna from here if the sky is clear. The road is indeed quite difficult but doable with a van. Beware of the mosquitoes!
Posto mozzafiato e perfetto se volete fare la camminata per i laghetti d Avola. Solo per furgone. Nessuna presenza umana, in mezzo alla natura.
Platz ist für Wohnmobile mit über 6 Meter Länge und entsprechender Höhe und Breite nicht erreichbar. mussten umkehren.
Magnifique spot perdu en pleine nature avec emplacement parfait, plat et avec une vue dégagée sur toute la vallée. Route d'accès étroite et en mauvaise état, facile pour notre van étroit mais plus délicat (voire pas compatible) pour un gros camping-car. Je recommande !
This location is remote and quite beautiful. Great to explore the Cava Grande, however the exact spot is not so good, very difficult access to the field and parking is not so flat. It's better if you continue past the GPS point and park in the field on the right, or even better, continue as far as the firemans tower (take the next left turn at the house) and park next to the tower. Lots of flat parking space and incredible views from there. The road is bumpy but passable in a 6m Campervan.
Nous avons pris le chemin à pied pour la balade, et vue l'état chaotique de la route, nous n'avons pas tenté avec notre camping-car.
