It suited us well for a night because we’re a campervan and unlike other aires we were not right next to anyone. There were clean toilets and hot water in the two showers and a place to wash dishes. It was secure and safe and the only noise we heard was traffic. No animals or cockerels. The flat next to the washblock had quiet tenants. Left money (5e as it was cheap) in mail box. Recommended.
It looks a very nice place and the owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make it so. However! Beware! if you are over 7 metres. It is very tight, we couldn't get in to empty grey water it was difficult manoeuvring. It's a very steep hill and we took 4 attempts to get out due to lack of traction. We did not stay. Nice place for smaller vans.
Amazing place to stay! The rooster was not there when we were there, the road noise did not bother us (use earbuds maybe). A very curious chicken walks around and there are also two lovely cats. Tip: there is a cafe/pasteleria called “O Pasteira” in town that makes very good coffee and has fresh bread and pastries!

Toller Platz für vans und camper. System passiert auf Vertrauensbasis und Preise sind an der Tafel vorne angegeben. Sehr freundlicher und witziger man der zwar kein Englisch kann aber mit Übersetzer ist es auch kein Problem gewesen. Zudem hat der man uns zum essen eingeladen und es war super. Stellplatz hat alles was man braucht und die Toiletten und duschen waren sehr sauber
Freundlicher Empfang vom Besitzer der direkt am Platz wohnt. Ordentliche Klos und gute Preise. Bezahlung auf Vertrauensbasis. Ein kleiner selbst gebauter Campingplatz hier wurde sich viel Mühe gegeben es bequem zu gestalten
fuimos a pasar una noche carretera de acceso estrecha cerca de la carretera y se escuchan los vehículos bastante sobre las 5 de la madrugada hay un gallo que se pone a cacarear y ya no para luego unos vecinos que estaban en la propiedad en una casita de invitados se pasaron toda la noche hablando con lo cual no pudimos dormir y menos descansa no se lo recomendamos a nadie

Accueil sympa (&français) Aire sympa très bon rapport qualité prix : 13€=van+électricité+3 douches très chaudes. Coin sanitaires propres (prévoir son papier toilettes). Accès piscine hors-sol belle vue. Assez difficile d accès pour des gros camping-car ( van de 5 m pour nous), routes étroites 1 seule voie. Chant du coq à 5h et autoroute en contrebas mais cela ne nous a pas gênés fenêtres fermées.
Great place at the middle of forest! We stayed there one night. It was so comfortable. Shower, toilets are clean. View is amazing. It is a place to have a great rest.
Super endroit, le propriétaire est super sympathique.Douches chaudes il faut un peu de temps avant que l eau chaude arrive ou sinon changer et remettre car après elle est bouillante l eau. Avons pu laver notre linge, utiliser la piscine. les enfants auraient mis 6 étoiles sur 5. Je ne rejoins pas les gens qui se plaigent.Avions écris un mail un jour avant pour reserver et repondu dans la journée
habe die betreiber•innen nicht gesehen. und konnte das wlan leider nicht nutzen. schöner ausblick aufs tal. dusche nur kalt, dafür möglichekeit wäsche zu waschen.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Parzellen sind wirklich etwas eng. Wir haben mit unseren 6.7 m aber gut rein gepasst. Geht bestimmt auch mit 7 m. Die Zufahrt ist wegen der Obstbäume und des Strommastes etwas eng gewesen. Ging jedoch ohne Kratzer. Wir haben uns hier sehr sicher gefühlt.
Leuke eigenaresse. Weg ernaartoe was wat smal maar redelijk goed te doen als je geen dalend verkeer tegen komt. Eenmaal binnen is het een scherpe bocht die wanneer je eenmaal weg wilt rijden wat uitdagend kan zijn gezien de stijle opgang.
Acessos muito estreitos. Duas autocaravanas que se cruzem é complicado… Para além de estreito tem vegetação que risca a autocaravana na lateral. Quando chegámos não estava ninguém, apenas um cão ao portão. Pode até ser um bom sítio para pernoitar, mas não é fácil se tiver um veículo com uma dimensão maior…Provavelmente, mais ideal para furgões…
We stayed there for one night. The place itself is really good, the showers and toilets are nice and clean. There is a rooster walking around who had quite a few things to say during the sunrise. that's why we had an early morning. despite that, everything was good
Ein sehr guter Platz um 1 Nacht oder mehr dort zu verbringen. Der Besitzer kann auch etwas Englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Die Bezahlung ist komplett auf Vertrauensbasis. Es gab ein Kästchen, wo wir den Betrag, je nachdem was wir genutzt hatten, reinlegen konnten. Die Preise stehen im Waschhaus auf eine Tafel geschrieben. Es gibt keinen Tagessatz. Im Waschhaus gibt es eine Steckdose.
Very good spot! The comment below mine is not true! I talked with the owner. The sleeping place is donation based! However, there are some fix costs (Shower 2 euros, washing machiche 2.50, dumping grey water 3.50 euros and electricity 3euros). prices are completely fair! The owner is very lovely. the only thing was the car noises from the highway that you can here from distance. Thankyou!!
Informatie klopt niet! Geen gratis plek (exclusief extra’s als douche/electriciteit). Via de QR-code mag je €20- afrekenen en daar komt evt nog iets bij voor WiFi, dat is rijkelijk veel voor het gebodene. Ook al is er een weinig privacy biedende sauna bij inbegrepen. Geen warm water aan de gootsteen, geen stopcontact in de douche ruimte om je Hardenberg föhnen.

nous sommes arrivé vers 16.30 le 03/12/2022 et avons été accueillis par Bruno le propriétaire. emplacement individuel parfait pour passer quelques jours. chemin étroit pour y arriver mais que du bonheur sur place. tous les services. Douche sauna toilette machine a laver sèche linge.
Un sitio espectacular! Hemos hecho unos cuantos viajes en autocaravana y nos hubiese encantado encontrar un sitio asi en cada punto al que hemos ido! Bruno encantador, lo tiene todo muy cuidado y tienes todo lo que necesitas para pasar las noches que necesites! Muchas gracias por todo!
Wij waren niet zo enthousiast. Het is nogal rommelig. De plekken zijn smal en zeker eruit rijden was een enorm gedoe met een camper van 6.80m. Er staat een bord met QR code die je moet scannen bij entree om je te registeren. Als je dat doet wordt er €20 voor 1 nacht gevraagd. Op de plek zitten heel veel vliegen en de weg is eind van de middag erg lawaaiig. Wij zijn verder gereden.
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Hôte et endroit très sympathiques! Douche chaude, WC, électricité, wifi… Tout le nécessaire! Et le prix est vraiment raisonnable. Possibilité de balades dans les environs. Petit bémol: les poules, le coq et le chien, assez proche du van et qui nous réveille la nuit. Sinon, super!

Nos quedamos solo una noche y fenomenal!se encuentra al final del camino de tierra, es la última casa. os niños entretenidos con el futbolín, los baños y duchas muy bien, parcelas niveladas, barbacoa, mesas de picnic... no conocimos a Bruno (el dueño) pero había un chico muy majo. Ojalá hubiera más sitios así porque ganábamos todos!! Recomendable 100%

Estuvimos aqui 3 noches con nuestra caravana, ideal para ver Tomar y el monasterio de Batalha, si teneis niños hay un parque de sventura de arboles a 5 minutos en Pousos. Buena atencion por parte de Bruno y genial las duchas y los servicios, pagas por lo que usas y luego donas lo que consideres por la parcela, tiene ademas , sauna, barbacoa.. camino estrecho pero es la ultima casa de la calle.
acceso difícil, no caben dos vehículos, es tranquilo, estuvimos muy poco tiempo no encontramos a nadie para que nos atendiera

Nous avions prévu d’y rester 3 nuits vu les commentaires positifs, on a fait 1 nuit: pb d’évacuation des WC tout est à l’air libre à côté de notre emplacement, route en bas très passante, emplacements petits: on avait notre table sous la fenêtre des voisins, un jeune couple fumant autre chose que des cigarettes. C’était pas pour nous
Lugar perfeito! Passei a semana lá e não tive problemas! Tem todo o necessário, eletricidade, despejo de águas, ducha, wi fi, máquina de lavar e secar. Os donos são super simpáticos! Peguei até boléia com o Bruno para o centro de Leiria! Não recomendo sair e voltar todos os dias se a autocaravana é das grandes, já que a estradinha para chegar ao local é de uma mão só.
Einer sehr schöner Platz um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Stellplatz ist umsonst.Die Preise für die Dienstleistungen sind es jedoch mehr als Wert, wenn ich an unsere Erfahrungen in Portugal oder Spanien denke. Dusche und Toilette sehr sauber, Wifi super! Sehr freundliche Besitzer boten uns sogar am dritten Tag an, ihre Terrasse zu benutzen aufgrund der Hitze. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Für eine Nacht okay, an sich ist der Platz super ausgestattet und liebevoll hergerichtet. Aber leider ist es Nachts sehr laut und wir konnten kaum schlafen, da erst der Hund die halbe Nacht gebellt hat und morgens der Hahn viel zu erzählen hatte. Auch die nahe Straße ist laut, schade, sonst gut.
schöner stellplatz von sehr netten Besitzern. Du zahlst für das was du benötigst. einziges kleines Manko ist der Hahn der ab morgens früh kräht. Ansonsten war es eine ruhige Nacht.
Superbe aire. Accueil très chaleureux. Sanitaires somptueux (même un sauna à disposition). Des chemins pour se balader dans un bois de pins. Le paradis quoi. Si vous passez dans la région, n’hésitez pas.
We had a great stay here. Your host Bruno is very friendly and welcoming. The road is really not as narrow as some reviews mention and it was easy to navigate and manoeuvre. Highly recommended.
Schöner, ruhiger Stellplatz. Man bezahlt, was man gebraucht hat (Dusche 2€, Waschen/Trocknen 2.50€) Strom und andere Dienstleistungen (sogar eine Sauna vorhanden!) haben wir nicht gebraucht. Strasse zur Quinta ist eng, man hoffe auf keinen Gegenverkehr :) einen Stern ziehen wir für die Sauberkeit ab, welche uns im Abwaschbereich und dem Duschraum etwas gefehlt hat.
Lovely place with great amenities. The Lane to the Quinta is not wide so wouldn’t want to meet another Motorhome on the way in or out. Also they have a cockerel with hens 5m from the van parking places. Thankfully we had a ear plugs !!!

endroit génial ! accueil chaleureux, sympathique et le proprietaire parle français. 6 emplacements, je suis arrivée à 18h j'ai eu le dernier. il y a tout ce qu'il faut, on peut payer chaque chose individuellement. douche 2€, lave linge 2,50, seche linge 2,50, electricité 3, wifi 1. En pleine nature, chant du coq à 3h30 du matin! mais il s'est ensuite rendormi jusqu'à 7h. tout parfait

Der Ort ist ein Traum. Wir haben Wifi, Wasser, heiße Duschen und die Waschmaschine genutzt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und der Besitzer traumhaft nett. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen. AUSSERDEM gibt es Tischkicker, Gästebuch, Kaffee, Sauna und co. :) Sehr luxuriös für einen Zwischenstopp.

Mooie locatie! Parkeren/slapen gratis. Huidige prijzen 22-11-2021::: Stroom €3,- Wifi €1,- Water, grijs en wc water €3,50 Wasmachine €2,50 Droger €2,50 Douche €2,- overnachten €0,- vriendelijke eigenaar. Alles wel smal, campers max 7/8 meter.
Realment és una casa particular que acull autocaravanes. 2€ per persona i 2€ per electricitat. Aparcament no apte per a vehicles de més de 7'5 metres i accés complicat. Lavabos i dutxes nets però l'aigua és tèbia i no arriba ni als dos minuts.
Strano posto che non ti aspetteresti di incontrare. Una famiglia gentile che ha messo a disposizione il proprio giardino ,con 6 piazzole , tutti i servizi necessari, docce, lavatrice senza chiederti niente se non qualche euro per i servizi che usi. In mezzo al verde, il traffico della strada sottostante non si sente la notte...in compenso il gallo puntualmente canta alle 5 del mattino. 7 m. max

Parfait !!! emplacements de taille correcte, tout est propre et même en cours de construction, la wifi est top et bien sûr Bruno et Susana sont absolument adorables et prêts à aider, donnent des conseils sur les lieux à visiter. J'y retournerai sans hésiter si je repasse dans le coin !
We've used this place just for a short lunch break. Bruno, the owner of the place, and his family, we're extremely welcoming and provided useful caravaning tips (we're starting, all info welcome). Although we haven't used much but the parking space, WC and an outdoor table, the place is equipped with plenty of amenities, including a sauna. The natural surroundings are beautiful.

Super nice small place (only 6 campers). You walk into the forest from the CP. Washing machine, hot showers, it was fine. And some chicken to feed, so our children also had some great days :)
Lovely! A friendly welcome and great place. Services are super clean and professional. Maybe a bit close to a big road but quiet in the evening :) would recommend!
Bruno and Susana are incredibly kind and helpful. We needed to run laundry and make some repairs. They went beyond what you could hope for, helped us find what we needed and even took us to a bicycle repair place in the area. When the washing machine was broken they quickly replaced it with their own. They don't charge for parking, only. modest fees for services. Thanks, we'll be back for sure

The best campsite around Leiria! To me, the flexibility to come here anytime I needed was perfect and I was welcomed with open arms since day one. Whenever I had a problem I could ask for help and together we would find a solution. Zona limitada mas com capacidade para 6 ACs. A simpatia dos proprietários faz-nos sentir em casa num ambiente calmo e distendido! Tão perto de Fátima que passará a ser o estacionamento preferido. Obrigado pelo esforço que estāo a fazer pois as melhorias serão valiosas mais valias!

16.11.19 le tarif est passé à 15€ vraisemblablement car des gens ont dit au propriétaire que c'était vraiment pas cher. 4 étoiles pour les services avec 2 douches récentes et surtout machine à laver et sèche-linge compris dans le prix avec l'électricité. Un peu déçu donc car on avait vu 10€ et que l'endroit paye pas de mine, on aurait pu trouvé mieux au même prix. 6 places disponibles

Excelente local. Muito tranquilo e silencioso. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos. Tem banheiro com água quente. Todavia, instável. Este é meu único ponto de melhoria: a temperatura da água no chuveiro era muito inconstante, ora muito quente, ora totalmente gelada. Tem energia, água, onde despejar água suja e a caixa do banheiro. Tem máquinas de lavar e secar roupa, pia, tanque e grill. Adoramos.

Wow! Bruno and his wife were absolutely lovely. We arrived without an electrical adapter and Bruno went to buy one for us to use. That same evening he went and bought a wifi booster so wifi can be enjoyed on the furthest pitch. Showers and WC sparkling clean. Laundry facilities available along with everything else. Lovely people with a fantastic place to stay. All this for 10 Euro! 10 Stars!!!

Très belle aire pour un particulier, parking en gravier, le lieu n’est pas totalement terminé mais tout est fonctionnel, douche chaude, toilettes, eau et vidange, le propriétaire nous a sorti une rallonge pour l’électricité mais peut-être qu’il y aura des bornes pour se brancher à terme. N’ayez pas peur du chien il ne pense qu’à jouer et n’est jamais agressif
Nach etwas suchen einen sehr schönen Platz gefunden, der noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt war. Dafür aber gratis benutzt werden könnte. Die Vermieter waren sehe hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und haten sogar noch Tips, was sehenswert wäre in der Gegend. Sehr empfehlenswert. Gruess von den Schweizern .
What wonderful hosts. Ignore all negative comments, it's clear that they are trying to do the best for us campervanners. Once all complete they offer great services and lots of knowledge about the area. Hot shower and secure parking and even can have a dip in the pool. Free for now as incomplete. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Not quite finished yet but still receiving guests. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, had a drink with us and invited us to use the garden and pool. We are 6m plus bike rack and fit ok, much longer and you may struggle. Watch out, the GPS coordinates do not match exactly. The park is via the village, just up the hill from the main road.
