Parfait pour une nuit ! Le spot remplit tout ce qu’on attend de lui : le calme et le frais apporté par le torrent. (Personnellement je me suis mis 20m plus loin sur un petit chemin pour m’écarter des jeux)
Grand parking gravillonné en bord de rivière dans le joli petit village de Chambons, avec superbe vue sur le fort de Fenestrelle (accès à 1km). Idéal aussi bien pour une escale que pour une nuit.

Really nice location right by the river, we felt really at peace! Plus the landscape gives you a nice view of the fortress of Fenestrelle. Some young people at night due to the proximity with sports infrastructure but nothing worth worrying about. Come here without hesitation!
annamom14/07/2023Sul luogo niente da dire. Lungo il fiume, c'è anche qualche posto all'ombra, a prima vista sembra perfetto. Peccato che sia vicino a un parco giochi e se si giorno può essere tollerato, non lo è altrettanto di notte. I ragazzi giocano a palla, con relativi urla e schiamazzi fino a tarda notte, le campane suonano anche di notte e di tranquillo purtroppo c'è ben poco.
golfie6008/07/2023Thank you for letting us stay in this car park. Right by river. No trouble at night and felt safe for the night. We are a retired English couple in a motorhome and did not leave any rubbish or waste. We ate in the local restaurant about 150m away which was fine but the pizza bases were not freshly made but shop bought so they need to improve on that to make it better. But very nice people who run it. We went up to the Fort the next day.
GDRRANTE18/06/2023Paesaggio fantastico, parcheggio ampio, comodissimo, semi-illuminato e davvero tranquillo per passarci la notte. Sono rimasto per due notti e mi sono trovato benissimo. Bella passeggiata panoramica sulla pista da fondo e grazioso parchetto con tavoli da picnic molto frequentato di pomeriggio. Presenti due fontane con acqua fresca e buonissima.

Ottimo parcheggio su ghiaia a bordo fiume. Tranquillo, silenzioso e pulito. Belle passeggiate nei dintorni. Ottima copertura 4G.

Bel posto tranquillo a pochi passi dal forte . Solo carico acqua come servizi . Paesino bellino con ottimo ristorante

Sosta libera molto comoda, con fontanella per carico e bar/ristorante a pochi passi. Consigliata per una sosta rilassante

Siamo stati benissimo per una notte, con tanto di splendida passeggiata tra i larici secolari della selva di Chambons (e pizzeria/trattoria carinissima nel borgo!)

tintin12307/09/2019Stayed here one night as the only camper. Wonderful view of fort Fenestrelle above, river alongside parking lot. Lots of space, also able to walk along river. No services, gravel base, small playground. Very quiet and clean. One restaurant close by but only open weekends after summer.
