There are signs saying no overnight parking. Lovely and quiet and very tidy. There are parking meters and you can pay online. Costs £3.40 for a whole day between 00:00 and 23:59

  • 2/5

Payment meters installed, not working yet. I believe it is January and its £1 per hour. No overnight parking. £50 fine.

  • 1/5

No overnight stay signs littered around car park now which is a shame as it seemed lovely. Quiet flat and free of midgies. However abided by the rules and moved on as looking to park overnight.

  • 5/5

Stayed Friday and Saturday night here, no midges was too hot for them :) swam in river opposite, deep pools and cold water but lovely as was 26 degrees. Loads campers. Met lovely people. Nice walks for dog. No loos but we had our portaloo. benches and bbq area Ace place. Close to Nevis cable car ride.

  • 4/5

Great spot. No overnight signs but many vans. Great start to walks.

  • 1/5

There is now no parking overnight signs. looks like some caravans have moved in.

  • 5/5

Perfect spot, loads of other campers and very quiet, the views are stunning! Loads of midges!

  • 4/5

Perfect spot pre the hike! Site says no vehicles over 2.3m however we were fine in our 2.75m. It doesn’t say no over night parking anywhere and we were fine staying there! Picnic benches and fire pits there too! 10 min walk to the start of the hike and could leave the van there all day for free!

  • 5/5

Perfect! 10 mins walk to start of Ben Nevis. plenty of space. free day and night. No signs saying you can't stay overnight. we stayed along with several other vans.

  • 4/5

Parked here overnight before Ben Nevis. no signposts anywhere I could see. there was a height barrier but it was huge just to protect the telephone lines. lots of vans parked around 15 but pleanty of space. nearest toilets is the visitors centre (not 24hr) or back into Fort William at morrisons (not 24hr). very easy to walk to the start of Ben Nevis and it's free! (hundreds of midges!!!!)

  • 5/5

We stayed the evening before climbing Ben Nevis as just half mile to the Visitors Centre start of climbing. No problem, No notice to say no overnight parking.

  • 5/5

Few campers here, few cars arrived just after dark, so close to ben nevis path visitor centre.

  • 4/5

We stayed for one night in early October 20 without any problems. There are "no over night parking" signs and a 2 meter height restricted gate.

  • 2/5

No over night camping signs installed

  • 5/5

Just lovely. Great walks nearby. Can walk to Ben Nevis visitor centre with toilets and bins in about 5 minutes. Stayed for one night, would recommend!

  • 4/5

5 vans stayed here the night we did. Very peaceful and an accessible toilet 10 mins walk away at the Ben Nevis Visitor Centre (only open between 0500-2200hrs). Tip = Park at the top of the hill where it is flat, lower down is not so flat.

  • 4/5

Says no overnight parking but many other cars and campers about. Popular car park as so close to Ben Nevis Visitor Centre (very easy to find, on the right hand side driving towards Ben Nevis Visitor Centre from town, 10 min walk to Visitor Centre) Had no issues, gets busy early morning so be prepared for that. No services but would stay again.

  • 3/5

Not at all easily to find , not suitable for motor homes . Beautiful views. Very very busy area, people sightseeing

  • 5/5

Lots were staying here which made it feel very safe. Was lovely scenery and lots of people setting up to go walking.

  • 4/5

Extraordinary view of the mountain range and access to walks. Was not disturbed and had a quiet sleep. benches available.

  • 5/5

We ended up staying here for nearly a week, as we broke down. Luckily we was never moved on. Not the worst place to be broken down though, great views, picnic benches with bbq plates. The toilets & bins are about 5 mins walk at the Ben Nevis visitor centre. Would recommend this to anyone. All vans above the height restrictions can always park around the area. Also the river runs close by for a morning nature shower!

  • 5/5

Great spot. Very quiet all night. Room for multiple vehicles. Take your rubbish with you!! There are no bins. No facilities in the immediate area although there is a toilet at the visitor center 600m down the road.

  • 5/5

Excellent place - as long as your van is below 2.3 m - v clean, lots of good walking from the park itself, and great views of Glen Nevis. Lots of spaces and no restrictions. No bins, so need to take rubbish away with you.

  • 4/5

Camped for a night. Quiet and with great views. We even cooked on the carpark in the morning, no problem. In the evening we went up to the pub/restaurant of neighbour campsite. This was a little dated but good food and drink!

  • 5/5

Super!

  • 5/5

Great location, have stopped over a couple of times, great mobile reception, nice little picnic area in middle, no bins, take rubbish away with you, was there today people have left bags of rubbish which have been opened by the wildlife not great, treat the place with respect or we'll lose it !!!

  • 4/5

Parking plutôt plat, nuit agréable mais réseau aléatoire. Pas de service.

  • 5/5

  • 5/5

  • 5/5

Bel endroit, nombreux emplacements, naturellement calme (sauf backpackers tapageurs).

  • 4/5

The height restriction bar has been removed, so our 3m tall vehicle (and others) were able to access it. Great spot.

  • 5/5

Staying here, now the barrier has been removed, nice and clean and beautiful scenery and lots walking, would come back to stay

  • 5/5

Great spot for a campervan. As others have said there is a 2.3m barrier. There is a campsite further down Glen Nevis if you don’t fit.

  • 5/5

Stayed here on 20/12/2018 good carp park stayed all nite with no probs at all woke up to deers in the car park ther is a 2.3 height barrier we went through easy in my vivaro with roof rack on. highly recommend

  • 5/5

  • 2/5

Height bar 2.3m so unable to use. Parked at the side as only here for a stop. View of the mountains.

  • 4/5

  • 1/5

Don't bother new height restrictions on car park 2.3 mtrs

  • 1/5

    Nul barre de hauteur

  • 4/5

  • 3/5

Quiet at base of Ben Nevis. A few others camping but large car park. No facility's

  • 1/5

Overnight interdit et barre à 2m30. Seule solution danse le parc: le camping
