signs saying no overnight. don't waste your time.

Lovely during the day or evening for beach visit and an explore, but still no overnight stopping

  • 1/5

Good for daytime but overnighting now banned due to excessive repeated clean up costs according to car park chap.

Lovely spot to park, has two car parks (main parking spot has toilets and a shop, and the other one is along a country side road) only £2 to park for the day and it’s as close to the beach as you can get. No overnight stays!

Great spot but you can no longer stay overnight. When speaking to one of the lovely ladies that work there she said after so much rubbish was left by over nighters and thrown over the wall after the bank holiday the parish council stopped it. Shame because the money was used to benefit the village. We had a great stopover back in March, was really looking forward to stopping in again, such a shame

We stayed on a Saturday night and wasn’t too busy. Was a few other campers staying there too. Beautiful scenery and little path to the top of the headland to see the sunset. Bins were super full but council didn’t empty them on the Sunday. Beach is small but lovely, great for a morning swim. No one came to move us on but there are now signs saying no overnight parking.

This is a fantastic carpark with fan views, but as of Mon 5th July you can no longer stay overnight. they have stopped this as there are now two campsites near by!! you can still stay all say for£2 just not overnight for £15.

You need to enter via turn for Gadlys Camp. Narrow road down to take it steady Fantastic spot & lovely beach. £2 all day then £15 overnight if there's anyone at the kiosk.

Lovely spot but quite busy, narrow windy road down but we made it in our 7.3mtr van although needless to say I wasn’t driving lol,£15pn overnight charge payable at the Kiosk (Cash Payment Only) for parking, says the money goes into local amenities, wouldn’t normally pay £15 to park but very limited overnight parking places

Great spot, stunning sunset and peaceful nights sleep...

Stayed here on a BH weekend and had an amazing time, lovely spot which has fantastic views, you do get people passing by and looking into your van but when you are enjoying a few glasses of wine you make a few friends, £15 a night but it's worth the peace of mind know you will not get cleared off, our new favourite spot

This looks like a wonderful location. It’s bank holiday weekend and there are 12-15 vans parked up, so they are close to each other

Here you can wake up a few steps from the beach. Marvelous view. Road down is narrow and windy but we took our 7m van down. Just awkward if you meet others. Public toilets a short walk away. £15 goes back into the local community facilities payable at the cafe.

Wonderful little spot, easy access to the town for beers, pizza, fish n chip. Toilet do get closed. However I didn't see any signs about paying £15 for the night. Mind you it was late when I arrived and dark.
