Very nice campsite, well organized, friendly staff and great facilities. Lovely landscape and little town with pubs nearby.

Obwohl anders angegeben im Dezember nicht geöffnet.

Fabulous - great site, warm welcome, lots of walks so perfect for the dog. Facilities all as listed and easy booking online on the National Trust website. Only slight negative is the sanitary block is closed from 1030 to 1200 for cleaning but there is a toilet available if needed.

Sehr freundliche Menschen, unheimlich hilfsbereit.

Lovely clean site. We needed our levelling ramps. Toilets and showers spotlessly clean. Plenty of room between pitches. Lovely walk and swim in the river. There is a tea room just at the entrance to the site. Walking distance into the quaint thatched village. 2 pubs within walking distance. Three horseshoes within 2 mins, and three jolly butchers within 5 minutes Both do food and are dog friendly

Nice area and well maintained campsite but very expansive. We paid 40 pound for 2 adults, 1 child (7 years) in a small motorhome. I read 26 pound online but apparently that included only one adult.

Gerne wieder!

Great site. We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of October. Amenities are fantastic and there was some great walks around that area. Warden very helpful and lent us a longer hook up cable when ours was too short.

Nice site with friendly wardens. Paid £19 per night for motorhome and 1 person. Nice clean sanitary installation.. some of the pitches are not too level otherwise a good place to visit. Would recommend and revisit if in that area. It’s owned and managed by the National Trust.
