Nice big place. Access to the river. A lot of parking spots. Currently easily accessible (5-10cm snow without inclines). You can hear few cars passing by but it’s very subtle if you park further away from the road.

Good view of river and as others say a bit close to the road but it’s not busy overnight. Keep all vents closed as we had a lot of mosquitos.
