The campground is closed for a few more months, so are the public toilets. but the small (6 spot)carpark is a clean, safe place to spend the night. It's far enough off the road to make it a quiet, peaceful night right on the beach, and the picnic tables were welcome for this car sleeper. A camper might fit and likely nobody cares in the off off season. I didn't see anybody all night from 8:30 pm to 8 am - dog walkers.
