£15 with an additional £5 if you want electric hook up.

Pub Three Merry Lads. I paid 20£, 15+5 for electricity. Basically you are standing on the parking lot of the pub, hence 15/20£ seems too much for me (compared to others). Toilet not accessible at night. WiFi very weak. Friendly staff. Nice walks starting down the playground. I arrived around 7pm, only pizza’s could be ordered (fine for me, very good pizza)

Great walks straight from the car park. Excellent food, with good veggie options, the chef came out and was interested in what we thought. Well kept beer (I had Landlord), dog friendly - water treats etc.. Friendly locals, and helpful staff, they put the rugby on the TV for us. No overnight toilet access, not that we expected it. £15 seemed a bit much.

Nice pub with good beer, friendly staff and fantastic food (especially for veggies like me as many things on menu offered as veggie alternatives). Quiet car park to stay in, on slight slope so used ramps. Friendly neighbours in semi permanent caravans. Definitely would stay again.

Really nice to stay with children due to the amazing park. staff very friendly however we did think the food in the pub was over priced so I would make other food arrangements if you can. very nice place to stay for £19 with electric. no noicw from the pub even though England was playing at 8pm last night

£15 for a lovely one-night stay. Kids play area and football pitch. Stunning views and walks starting from behind the beer garden. Our Schnauzer loved it!

  • 5/5

Had a simple no fuss stay here last night, nice quiet night, hardly any noise after 10 not even much passing traffic. Nice little walk from end of beer garden down to the Rivelin dam. Carpark does get quite full with cars, so maybe try and time your arrival accordingly.

Great pub! Friendly landlord and atmosphere. Excellent views. Added bonus, we won £200 on the play your cards right raffle and the quiz evening (£20 voucher)! Definitely recommend this pub for friendly stop overs!

£19 with electric... No discount on food either. Nice food but would rather stay down the road for free.

  • 4/5

Stayed here for free on the night of lockdown. Great food and beer. Car park on a slight slope. Great views.

  • 2/5

Now £15 per night plus £4 for hookup. 10% off food this is too much for a pub car park!

  • 5/5

Popped by for food in my camper, room for a few vehicles. Had roast beef lunch, very nice. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Did not stay overnight but was plenty of room ??

  • 3/5

Now charges £11, or £15 with ehu ... if it's available. 10% off food and drink in pub. Car park is level and road to the side is quiet. Some views across valley but they are mainly blocked by long term stayers ...as was the ehu.

Now charge £8 without electric even if eating

Have stayed several times but seems to be under new management. Got a warm welcome last night, happy for us to pop in for a drink without eating, and could take dog in with us. Good breakfast served from 8.30 on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Counted 9 campers here last night, not much room for many more!

    Tarmac carpark, nice views ..

We stopped over in our auto trail for the night fantastic views , had a meal which was gorgeous . And was aloud to take our four dogs inside . Definitely come again ....

Just a pub carpark at the edge of a village, nice view ( if your the end van) ok as a last resort.

  • 5/5

Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend this for a stop over and caters for the motor home. Costs are minimal as compared to a campsite £8 if not eating or drinking and still £4 for hook up with 4 Euro electric points available with a water tap adjacent.

Very welcoming owners, pretty spot, water electric

Stayed here in May last year. lovely stopover. we ate in the restaurant, lovely food. playground for the kids and amazing views over the valley.

We stayed one night in our little bongo camper. Stunning views in the morning. The food and drink was good and play park nice for little one. We will definitely go again.

  • 5/5

We stayed for one night on a sunny Saturday, brilliant little play park for our little boy. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. The food is lovely and all reasonably priced, also a great selection. We will certainly be coming back, a great day/ evening out with your own over night accommodation. Stunning views.

Great site at a lovely friendly pub. Stayed March 2018. Would definitely stay again.

The Three Merry Lads is a fantastic stopover. The car park has amazing views over the countryside. The owners are welcoming and the pub itself is cosy and they serve great food at reasonable prices. Parking is free if you eat in the pub ( £8 if you dont eat in) and electric hook up is £4 a night. There's water and waste facilities. Fabulous staff. Many thanks.

Great little pub, excellent food, if not eating it’s around £14 per night
