It's a street with motorhomes. Free (no blue zone). There is no service, but there are restaurants. The idea is to leave the camper parked and to move with the utilities. There are a lot of surveillance cameras in the buildings.

Quartier d'affaire donc très tranquille la nuit et le métro "feria de Madrid" ligne 8 est à 500 m. Donc idéal pour laisser sa voiture /van la journée et aller se balader en métro et y dormir la nuit. Mais devient animé tôt le matin car les locaux viennent se garer lâché pour prendre le métro et travaux en ce moment. 1 seul bar/resto dans la rue d'à côté

Chosen for its proximity to the airport (we had an early flight - but leave plenty of time for the traffic), it was fine. Close to a petrol station, shopping mall and exhibition centre. The park is well worth a visit - walking, cycling, kayaking and sculptures.

Ótimo lugar para visitar a feira! Ficamos 2 noites sem problemas. O único ponto negativo é o barulho dos camiões do lixo por volta das 6h da manhã

Hemos pasado el fin de semana coincidiendo con la feria de FITUR. La zona muy tranquila en fin de semana porque las oficinas están cerradas. Se aconseja en días laborables ir a última hora de la tarde para encontrar sitio. El metro se encuentra solo a 100 metros. Zona vigilada con cámaras
