endroit très calme. Normalement pour un véhicule mais nous étions deux. il y a beaucoup de place. terrain un peu en pente.

The sign says rooms for 1 van however quite a big car park and in the end 3 vans parked over. Sign says overnight parking is only until end of Oct. We parked on the bays to the left which are bigger for motor homes however slightly uneven and rain water was leaking through our door. So moved nearer to entrance. Rained all night water dripped from trees was loud so try not to park under a tree.

Absolutely stunning spot, and a real bargain for £7 a night! Lovely place to walk the dogs and relax, so quiet and enough room for multiple vans without being on top of each other. No trace of people so please help keep it that way!

Guter und ruhiger Platz am Waldrand. Standen mit drei Vans und einem Auto mit Zelt über die Nacht hier. Die App zum Zahlen - Parkplatz-ID 53418. Kostet 7,49 £ für eine Nacht. Gebühren fallen von 18 Uhr bis 10 Uhr am nächsten Tag an. Teilweise recht uneben, mit etwas Probieren geht es aber auch ohne Keile!

Really lovely place with good walks from the car park. Busy in the morning with dog walkers and west highland ‘wayers’. No facilities so take your rubbish. Great views and go for a walk along the path as the views over Loch Lomond are phenomenal.

Perfect stopover, so peaceful and with some beautiful walks from the carpark into the forest. There were 5 vans the night we stayed and there was still plenty of room. Part of the Stay the Night scheme so £7.40 per night.

Nice quiet spot in the forest. Arrived late, but still managed to find space. 5 campers/motor homes here in total. £7.40 overnight charge using app, rangers came around in the morning to check. Left early in the morning as the place was covered in midges!

Haben hier tagsüber kostenlos für unsere Wanderung geparkt. War überhaupt nicht viel los, obwohl es ein Sonntag im August bei gutem Wetter war. Nachts darf dort ein Camper stehen, es müssen 7£ gezahlt werden.

Top emplacement assez isolé au départ de sentiers de randonnees. Nous avons partagé l espace avec une voiture et un autre van. Confirme à la description faite !

Heerlijke plaats midden in het bos. Er staat aangegeven dat er plek is voor 1 camper, maar de beheerder vertelde dat meer was toegestaan. Behalve ons, stonden er nog 3 campers. Betalen via app ging prima, er is voldoende bereik .

Ruhige Nacht auf einem schönen Platz im Wald. Der Parkplatz gehört zum Angebot „Stay the night“, welcher allerdings nur ein Wohnmobil zur Übernachtung erlaubt. Preis lag per App bei 7,40£.

Well used, fairly level site. Ideal spot if you want to try out a walk to the nearby Conic Hill. This site is part of the forestry park for the night scheme and is currently £7.40 for the night.

A perfect spot to stay the night. Just keep going down the road and don't worry about the dark. It's brilliant come the morning

Great spot. Quiet and peaceful, away from traffic. 4 vans here at present. Fairly flat. Lots of hikers passing through. Sign welcomes self-contained (i.e. toilet) motor homes and camper vans to stop for one night

Sign clearly shows no camping 1st March - 30th September. No good for travelling Scotland in the summer.

A peaceful place to stay. Felt like we had lots of space to ourselves after being crowded down by Loch Lomond (west coast). Short walk along trail to amazing view of the loch. Only 2 other campers that came and went and were very quite. A handful of cars of dog walkers in the day. Saw several people doing the West Highland Way who were lovely. A great, peaceful spot to recharge.

Great spot, quiet, secluded, 4 or so other campers and lots of space. Staying overnight is allowed as long as you leave by 10am

Schöner ruhiger Platz im Wald. Standen hier mit noch drei weiteren Campern. Es hätten aber auch noch gut ein bis zwei weitere Camper auf den Parkplatz gepasst. Der Parkplatz ist sogar extra als Parkplatz für Campervans ausgezeichnet.

Parking parfait pour la journée ou la nuit. Calme, en pleine forêt, pas de passage Les panneaux écossais expliquent que ce lieu est prévu pour des campings cars autonomes mais tout le monde peut y venir. Nous étions un 4x4, 2 vans et 3 campings cars. Parfait pour partir en randonnée sur le Conic Hill.

Spot génial et très calme. Fréquenté par les promeneurs la journée et les randonneurs et par les vans et campings cars le soir ! :) il faut faire la randonnée depuis ce parking jusque Conic Hill elle est magnifique !

This was lovely, some great walks for the dog, very peaceful. We arrived at about 8pm and for the last spot as there were a few other campers already here. Quite flat where we parked and felt safe.

Beautiful spot. We stayed one night and shared the area with another 2 or 3 campers. Very peaceful. Midges not a significant issue. The sign says there's enough room for 1 camper, but it's significantly larger than that.

Wunderbarer Platz, den wir ohne die App nie gefunden hätten. Overnight ausdrücklich erwünscht! Keine Facilities, kein Service, aber für autarke Fahrzeuge toll!

Indica en el cartel sitio para 1 motorhome. Sobre la 8pm éramos 10: se oía música, ruidos,… Un ambiente bastante irrespetuoso por parte de algunos. Aparcaron a los lados a menos de un metro (el cartel indica al menos 4 metros). Es una pena que esto pase. Por otro lado, desnivelado a 4 grados. Nos fuimos a otro parking más arriba donde el ambiente era bastante mejor…

Great spot! Very quiet, room for a few to park up and right at the start of a lovely couple of walks with views over Loch Lomond. Nice flat parking area and a nice big sign to confirm you are welcome to stay here (with your own toilet obviously!) Highly recommend this spot and was very grateful to have found it!

Wir haben hier eine sehr ruhige Nacht verbracht. Es ist offiziell erlaubt hier zu stehen, es haben ungefähr 6-8 Wohnmobile Platz. Der Abstand zum Nachbarn sollte jeweils 4m betragen, steht so auf einer eigens für Camper angebrachten Hinweistafel. Der Parkplatz liegt im Wald zwischen Bäumen direkt am Westhighland Wanderpfad. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Spot sous les arbres, très sympa et calme au départ de belles randonnées ou balades à vélo. Pas besoin de permis ni de réservation, il faut juste respecter les conditions indiquées sur le panneau "Stay the night". Réseau 4G ok.

Good spot, does the job. Lots of little walks through the woods. Forest ranger didn't mind I stayed a couple of nights.

Great little spot out of the way. we came late and there were a few people around so felt at ease. marking down a Star as there were no waste bins and we have a dog so had to take her mess with us.

Super ! Rien à dire ! Nous y avons passé une nuit avec d'autres vans/camping car et c'était parfait. L'endroit est très calme. C'est le point de départ de plusieurs randonnées, alors les marcheurs arrivent le matin, mais ce n'est pas gênant du tout ! Il faut simplement laisser le lieu propre et repartir avec ses déchets. Vraiment un spot royal en van !

Relax and Quiet! Save and Beautiful

Quiet at night (except the wind blowing the trees around and rainwater falling from the trees onto the roof). There was no one else here except us, until around 8am when cars of walkers started appearing. 2bar 4G signal on Vodafone and O2.

Parked here before we started the west highland way. Area gets a bit muddy and still quite busy at this time of the year (5 other campers). Very safe and peaceful though! Take your rubbish with you, also when you have no facilities don't leave toilet paper lying around. Thanks!

Stayed here last night with two other campers. Quite a few late night/early walkers (in the dark) but other than that a good little spot. Quite muddy as was raining pretty heavy. Trees give some protection but not much (we have a tentbox). Fixed sign says you can have a campfire as long as you are responsible but then a different sign said not. Would recommend it for a one night stay.

Lovely spot to park up for the night. Was beautiful and really quiet. Was a bit muddy when we visited but nothing too bad. Absolutely lovely little spot for looking at the stars. Would highly recommend this if you're up that way.

Perfect spot! Clean & quiet, hidden in the trees, with lots of nice walks around. There is a notice allowing permission 6pm - 10am until 31st Oct (it is a trial to see if it works)

Forestry and Land Scotland parking area who are trialing MH stopovers. Arrive after 6pm and be off by 10am. Nice walks in the woods. No services or facilities so need to be self contained and respectful. Perfect for wild camping motorhomers.

Very quiet during the night, there were another 4 campers but did not bother us at all. Clean and beautiful. Gets very busy in the morning with hikers and dog walkers but we've enjoyed much. No bins nor toilets so make sure you take your rubish with you Highly recommend this car park

Nice carpark. Very quiet. No facilities. There is a sign that says you are allowed to stay for one night only as part of a trial run.

Lovely spot, very nice woodland area, quite at night, only had one other camper an stay in the car park that night, there were a lot of dog walkers and hikers in the morning, all very friendly whilst passing, would stay here again

Nice, quiet, clean & flat car park okay for an overnight stay. Lots of cars & walkers around until dark as West Highland Way goes through this car park, all friendly. Shared with 4 other camper vans overnight. Nice walks straight onto the WHW and views over the Loch. 4G signal okay. Small clearing by car park where we set up a gas stove to make breakfast.

Stayed here on a Saturday night, quite a few people already parked up when we arrived around 8pm. We left early-ish Sunday morning to make space for walkers and to continue our journey further North. Nice quiet sheltered spot.

Great location with lovely walking with views of the loch nearby. the carpark is reasonably small so could get busy in the summer. Popular with dog walkers and hikers but we couldn't hear a thing, lovely.

Great parking for assisting the wife on West Highland Way , overnight stay allowed in self contained vans / campers at no charge . Unfortunately doesn’t suit all the locals but part of the forestry scheme to allow overnight stays which is much appreciated

Nos gusto mucho, es muy plano y tiene unas vistas bonitas. ademas salen un par de senderos muy agradables. es un espacio amplio, dormimos con otras 3 autocaravanas/campers.

An sich ein sehr schöner Platz, der gut zu erreichen ist, aber es waren selbst nachts um 12 Uhr, 2 Uhr und 4 Uhr Spaziergänger hier, natürlich sind alle mit ihren Autos hergefahren. Sprich viel geschlafen habe ich nicht... Ab 7 Uhr morgens sind dann alle paar Minuten Spaziergänger angekommen.

Perfect for the night. Quiet at night, some hikers and dog walkers in the evening. No midges, no bins. Rubbish lying around - didn't know that there are still people who eat at McDonald's. These ones definitely fulfilled all clichés. :P

Lieu calme pour passer la nuit. Endroit prisé par les campeurs et les randonneurs, donc quelques mouvements de véhicules, mais c'est un parking donc c'est fait pour ça (!), et les personnes que vous croiserez sont là dans le même état d'esprit que vous, donc pas de souci ! L'accès est cependant étroit pour les gros camping cars. Sans problème pour les vans.

Nice spot, flat ground. No noise and and phone signal, what more could you ask for. Few dog walkers and campers. Road getting there is a little rough and narrow, but A class van found it no problems so not all bad.

Great spot. Very peaceful, but was fairly “busy” while we were there. Two other campervans and 2 campers too, as well as dog walkers and people doing the west highland way, which passes right through this carpark.

Très calme. Possibilité de balade en forêt juste à côté dont certaines parties avec vue sur le lac. Nickel.

Lieu très sympa et nature. Certainement très calme en temps normal malheureusement lors de la nuit passée sur place nous avons été réveillés à 4h du matin par un énorme rassemblement de véhicules (environ une quinzaine de véhicules !) dont les occupants ont oublié qu'ils n'étaient pas seuls. Cette perturbation n'a duré qu'une heure heureusement.

El lugar en sí está bien situado y tranquilo pero hay muchos mosquitos (midges) y son bastante molestos// The place itself is great, however it has loads of midges and they're very annoying.
