This is an actively used church parking lot. It has a £2 honesty box for parking. It is relatively flat and has some nice walks in the surrounding area. Overnight stays are now prohibited due to recent overuse by too many vans and multi night stays.

It's a great day parking place for walking to the water to fish or walk the coast path, I use it all the time during the day to park my car, I have never taken my campervan there. I don't blame the church banning overnight sleeping. Vanlifers & Motorhomers are abusing these places all over Europe. When will people learn to respect places. This is why bans, height restrictions and fines happen.

This is a private car park owned by the church. Due to recent overuse by too many vans and multi night stays we are closing it to overnight parking. Apologies-the abuse of our charity by the few has spoilt it for the considerate among you. Please do not overnight in our car park any more. Mawnan Parochial Church Council

Quiet, couple of other campers here and really friendly locals. Really great spot for the night! Donation box by the church gate. Well worth coming here for one night to relax, slept like a baby!

perfect park up no hassle at all we stayed the night through till lunch time, honesty box £2 and locals were happy to stop for a chat on the way past, fully recommended spot

Lovely little spot! Best we’ve found in Cornwall so far. We were in a long wheel base Sprinter and it was easy to get there- for some context. We weren’t bothered by anyone, some walkers passed by in the morning who happily gave us a wave and we got to hear the bell ringers practice (they were brilliant). Please remember to deposit £2 for the parking, there is a little box to the side of the gate.

Lovely quiet park up with gorgeous walks nearby, although quite small so not too many large vans can fit. Car park closed on sundays, (woke up to find it blocked off with cones) although we could get round the cones to get out - but probably best to avoid on Sat - Sun nights.

Great spot. Lovely people. Beautiful walk by the sea. Through the graveyard. Very quiet and tree lined. Please make sure to contribute to the donation box for parking and be a good neighbour.

An excellent, sheltered little car park. We spent a peaceful night here last week. Has an excellent swimming spot just 20 min walk away! £2 honesty box.

Peaceful nights sleep with no issues! Narrow Lane getting down anything wider than a standard Boxer, Ducato or Relay wouldn’t fit.

Quiet private car park. No problems.

There are some lovely coastal walks not far from this church and you are surrounded by trees

Great little place got in, turned and reversed in my Transit LWB no issues busy with walkers, loads of walks and peaceful. We only came for the day but easy to overnight

Lovely little spot for a very quiet night's sleep.

Great little stop. Had visited the beach along the road not realising that there was a new dog restriction and had a dreadful experience with a local acting as the dog police. This was a great quiet sanctuary after that less than pleasant experience and some nice walks too

This place is as described but not suitable for larger motorhomes. We live locally, are 7.3m, and would not like to attempt the narrow lane to access or turn in the carpark as it can get quite busy with the cars of walkers. It is a beautiful walk along the Helford River estuary. Difficult to put a star rating. 5 for location, 0 for larger vehicles.

Paid the £2 and enjoyed a peaceful nights rest. beautiful walks in both directions along the coastal path. space for two vans only in our opinion as dog walkers share the parking
