An absolutely stunning stay. It has beautiful views overlooking the harbour and bridge. A security guard came round to collect money for the evening stay. It cost us £11 as we arrived at 5pm and were staying till 10am. Toilets a walk distance away open from 8am-8pm. Highly reccomend.

Great spot! Bit of a detour from along the coast but worth it as views are stunning in the morning and it’s very quiet. We arrived late (past midnight) so didn’t see the sign or anyone collecting money? We’ll pay double next time :)

This was a very good site and the views are spectacular - toilets just down the road - open 8am - 8pm. £10 to spend the night - man collects I’m the early evening - we spent two nights there and loved it. Walk down to Ope cove to see the pirate graves. We will defo go back.

A really nice area with spectacular views. £10 a night for vans which is collected by an attendant. Toilet facilities just a few hundred yards away. Lots of other vans around so very safe. lots of things to see and do on the island.

Fantastic spot and lovely views... £10 for the night which you pay to the attendant and he couldn’t be more helpful... toilets just behind The heights hotel... We are in an 8m motorhome and there is plenty of room to manoeuvre..

Extraordinary views. Nice and quiet. Friendly attendent. £10 overnight charge, but it's worth it for this beautiful site. Toilets are a five minute walk away, next to the hotel.

All car parks open now, but £3/day parking charge, £10 for overnight camping. The only way to pay seems to be via the car park attendant - ie. no machine or app

Beautiful spot, we were here yesterday but didn’t stay overnight, however there is a sign saying you can stay over night for £10.

Great spot when open. Got a night here but council moved boulders back this morning. No doubt someone will roll them away again.

Here on the 5th of July 2020 and the boulders have been moved from one of the parking areas, lovely view and currently the only camper here at 5pm. I don't intend on sleeping here so can't comment, but there is a no camping sign.

Would be a beautiful spot to sleep, but currently blocked off by big rocks due to COVID19 so you can’t stop. Worth a drive just for the views!

Awesome place to stay for the night, plenty of things to explore around the Isle of Portland and right out your van door! Didn't come across anything regarding public toilets however

Bester Parkplatz auf der Insel. Gute Aussicht und Wandermöglichkeiten starten am Platz. Nachts ruhig. Tagsüber auf den vorderen Parkbuchten viel Betrieb.

Superbe spot pour une nuit ou deux. Vue incroyable. Très venteux mais OK avec le toit pour notre nuit. Balade sympa à faire autour de la colline à droite (qui cache une prison). Même si vous n’y passez pas la nuit, faites un arrêt ou pique-nique, la vue le mérite.

Avons passé deux nuits tranquilles. Beaucoup de promeneurs de chiens et de gens qui viennent apprécier la vue. Préférez les parking sans vue avec les arbres hauts pour être moins dérangés le soir !

One of the best I’ve stayed at. Says no overnight parking but no one came to check. Great views and toilets at the hotel a 5 minute walk away

Really great FREE place to stay. Flat, hard standing car park with lots of spaces. Many overlooking a stunning view down on to Chesil Beach. We stayed 3 nights without any bother and we weren’t alone, there were about 10 vans most nights.

Eine der schönsten Aussichten auf’s Meer, tolle Spazierwege, ein Paradies für Geocacher und alle anderen im nahe gelegenen Tout Quarry Skulpturenpark. Die Toiletten sind tagsüber geöffnet und sauber, es gibt sogar warmes Wasser! Die Plätze bieten nicht viel Privatsphäre keiner stört sich jedoch an den Campern. Man sollte sich aber zurückhalten, was große Aufbauten (Tische, Liegestühle etc.)!

Mooie gedoogplek op een berg bij "Tout Quarry Sculpture Park". Geen voorzieningen maar schitterende vergezichten. Wij hebben hier in oktober 2 nachten gestaan.

You don't get much free. But this a great place to visit. Great views. great place to go for a walk. or bike ride. It states no sleeping over night. but people do..

Effectivement la vue est magique ! Si vous aimez la musique les dérapages en voiture, les motos bruyantes, les kekes du coin vont vous ravir. Bref super le jour peu devenir moins sympa la nuit venue.

Lovely views well worth a visit, no facilities but a quiet location with other motorhomes
