Pay and display, free from 4 pm to 9 am weekdays. Weekends free 4pm-2pm (some large signs are incorrect and say 6pm!) . No overnight or height restrictions. 30 minute walk to pier and central Brighton. Lovely spot.

After years of plenty of parking for vans, height barrier put up last summer and now they painted double yellow. Only place to park with no height barriers are six spaces by tennis courts and three spaces in front of cafe. Parking attendants will come between 9-4pm weekdays. Weekends you only pay between 2-6pm. You can use this area for 1-2 nights. Not ideal for longer stays.

Gratuit de 16h à 9h, Très calme la nuit, peu passant et vue très agréable. Par contre à 9h il faut être parti, les policiers arrivent.
Nous déconseillons l'emplacement, malgré qu'il soit calme et proche de la ville, vous serez contrôlés par les autorités afin de vérifier que vous avez bien payé. Le matin au réveil un papier sur votre pare-brise sera déposé pour vous avertir que vous êtes sur un terrain PRIVÉ et que vous devez partir immédiatement sous peine de sanction.

East Brighton Park used to be good. Now they have just introduced a height restriction! 2m or 1.80m. Brand new. Shame! you might still find a spot along the road to the campsite, but that's it now. Looking for another place....

I've stayed here it used to be a great place to stay and you didn't need a parking ticket but of course it doesn't talk long before jobs with people get involved and put a stop to it. also to be honest it doesn't help when people were staying there and had no respect for the area.
Dirty homeless looking caravan parked up here now which doesn't look good at all. Not inviting. There's a vanlife community nearby in the cul de sac near the cafe. Much better
BEWARE. Stayed there and arrived after 4pm on a weekend after reading the description. Got a parking ticket at 1614 - £50 fine. Weekends you need to pay between 2pm and 6pm. Also all long staying vehicles had warning letters attached to windscreen (stay not supposed to be beyond 6 hrs). Looks like Council are really clamping down due to large number of long staying vehicles/caravans. Shame!
As others have said, it's free 4pm - 9am during the week. Quiet enough later on, there is a caravan site at the end of the road, so the only traffic is people going to and from there.
Good quiet spot for a night. There are a lot of long-term vans further up the lane (where we parked) and the Covid test centre means that it’s currently busier at the bottom end (where the map pin is). We were still able to find a space and enjoyed a quiet night there.
Nice spot, very chill. 15 minute cycle to the pier/town. Loads of van spaces. Spoke to a council worker cutting the hedge and he said he hasn’t seen a parking warden there for 10 years. Didn’t even need to pay in the day time.

Stayed here last night. People on the park till 10pm, no issues all night. Short walk into brighton.

Quiet spot to stop overnight. Lots of dog walkers in afternoon but was never bothered by anyone. Arrived at 16:00 left at 9 next morning. Council car pulled up right at 9am to check on parking tickets. No amenities. Fairly close to town.
A good quiet spot. A couple of others staying overnight too. level and sheltered and plenty of open space for dogs. an easy walk to local shops and bars too.
Pas de service, terrain pas très plat, près d'un parc, nous avons passé trois nuits au calme, il y a eu du bruit jusqu'à 20 heures le samedi soir suite à un meeting à côté mais on n'a pas été dérangé, au bout de la rue de trouve une station de bus, ils ont des forfaits journaliers à bon prix, aller sur leur site pour charger l'application
Bon spot, payant la journée comme mentionné dans les autres commentaires mais gratuit la nuit. Beaucoup de promeneurs de chiens la journée, mais emplacement tranquille !

Great spot to stay! Very quiet and safe with other campers nearby. Get in early though because when we got there we got the Last spot and watched several other campers have to leave to find elsewhere. Pay and display is only from 2-4 on a Saturday and free on a Sunday! So if you stay Friday or Saturday night you can enjoy a sleep in!
Route d'accès au camping, donc peu de passage. Petite rue le long d'un grand parc. Un peu en pente. Promeneurs de chien le matin. Gratuit de 16h à 9h. Il faut marcher un peu pour rejoindre le centre de Brighton, mais la balade le long de la côte vaut le coup.
Endroit au calme prés d'un parc. Parfait pour passer une nuit.
Lieu près d'un immense parc d'herbes avec une belle vue. Nuit tranquille. légèrement en pente.
A safe and quiet location. Stayed here 10 nights on and off. A park link road so no traffic. No noise and no lights. Perfect for Marina or 30 minutes walk to the centre. Mix it with huge ASDA 5 minutes away with free toilets and 3 hour free parking there! NO toilets here as park cafe is now permanently closed.
