Pour rejoindre notre ferme, suivez la M553 de Celorico da Beira jusqu'à Vide-entre-Vinhas puis continuez la même route jusqu'à Galisteu. Ce n'est qu'à ce stade que vous pourrez faire confiance à votre GPS et descendre vers notre ferme par le dernier kilomètre de chemin de terre.

To reach our farm, follow the M553 from Celorico da Beira to Vide-entre-Vinhas and then continue the same road to Galisteu. Only at this point you can trust your GPS and make your descent to our farm via the last kilometer of dirtroad.

We stopped here on a journey with horses. The quinta is in a beautiful location with absolutely stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Saskia and Alex were brilliant hosts, making us very welcome and very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble (putting up 4 horses for the night? No problem!) And the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place!
absolutely beautiful place with next to nothing views you cannot compare the boulders become your friends and lovely funny and very welcoming hosts Alex and Saskia wish we could have stayed longer but being english have to go home like naughty children after 3 months. thank you hope we will return in the future and see what you have created!
2 nachten verbleven op deze heerlijk plek! alex en Saskia zijn echt toppers. we hebben genoten van ons verblijf en komen zeker terug als we weer in de buurt zijn! dankjullie wel groetjes martijn&yoni
Voor de tweede keer overnacht, meteen een week gebleven. Zoveel veranderingen, zoveel mooier weer. Gastvrijheid staat hier hoog in het vaandel. Warme buiten-douche, compost wc, alle dieren en de overweldigende natuur. Eitje van de eigen kipjes bij je ontbijt, hun eigen olijf olie…Dompel je onder in het basic leven van Saskia en Alex in hun Portugese droom. OBRIGADO e até breve.
Wat een paradijsje. Ondanks mijn late komst in het donker (niet aan te radrn overigens) ben ik hartelijk ontvangen. Ben uiteindelijk drie nachten gebleven en heb het heerlijk gehad. Erg ontspannen met zo'n voortreffelijk uitzicht en de rust die de vallei biedt. Daaraan droegen Alex en Saskia bij. Beide down to earth en veel humor. Duizendmaal dank voor deze twee toppers. Zeer aan te raden.
Prachtige plek in wording met schitterend uitzicht. Zeker voor de avontuurlijke camperaar met een kleine camper. Wel verstandig om even vooraf contact met de eigenaren op te nemen. Wij waren iets te enthousiast doorgereden en hadden daardoor wel wat hulp nodig om weer op het goede pad naar boven te komen. Fantastisch om te zien hoe Alex en Saskia hun droom hier realiseren. Really nice view from the farm, compost toilet and shower available! You can explore the land freely, 2 lovely Dogs and other animals to pet and hang out! Respect this place and help this sweet couple achieve their dream! To Saskia and Alex, thank you so much for this weekend! We’re definitely coming back to visit you.
We hebben hier een aantal dagen gestaan, op deze hele mooie locatie werden we met een heel warm welkom ontvangen door Alex en Saskia, heel erg gastvrij zijn deze lieve mensen, Het uitzicht is er prachtig. En de rust die er heerst is heerlijk, we komen zeker nog eens terug op deze mooie locatie, om de resultaten van hun mooie plannen te bewonderen.
wat een heerlijke en mooi plek om te staan, met een gave buiten douche op zonne energie, toilet huisje, diertjes en wandel route over het terrein. onze bedoeling was 2n8 maar werd uiteindelijk een week. Alex en Saskia zijn super aardig en behulpzaam. ze hebben leuke plannen voor hun terrein en ik kom zeker nog eens terug om de resultaten te zien. het is ong 1km off grid maar zeker de moeite waard
We were made to feel very welcome in this lovely peaceful place which has great views across the valley. Dry toilet right next to our pitch (one of two), fantastic solar shower around 150 metres downhill.

We travel by campervan to find unique spots such as this one. No easy access but worth the effort. Lovely hosts, warm welcome and beautiful nature around. This is a growing project, that will get better. We'll come back to meet again.
Truly special place, 100% worth visiting now but sure to grow and flourish even further as time goes on. I don't think anyone exists that would not get along with Saskia and Alex. Vooral voor Vlamingen en Nederlanders op zoek naar een plekje om even echt tot rust te komen, en daarbij 2 zalige mensen te ontmoeten in eigen taal, is dit echt the place to be. B.E.A.UTIFUL! we ended up staying 2 nights here because it was so peaceful and homely. Alex and Saskia were amazing hosts and really made the experience extra special through their kindness and warmth. Thank you both so much and good luck with all your plans :)
Ce lieu paisible sur 28 hectare en plein parc naturel, c’est Saskia et Alex qui le réhabilite? Ils préparent dans ce coin un « camping » nature qui respectera les lieux. On y trouve une yourte, un tipi, 2 belles bâtisses en restauration, et 2 coins de nature pour des vans. Le plus de ce site, des toilettes sèches & la douche solaire en plein air face à la forêt de chênes ?on adore forcement!!! Le coup de cœur ? : les hôtes nous ont amener l apéro, leur huile d’olive et tomate du jardin. Merci pour ce lieu nous reviendrons vous voir et admirer le fruit de votre travail

Gran proyecto el de Saskia y Mark! Estancia magnifica y con lo que siempre buscamos, espacio y tranquilidad. Ibamos de paso y nos quedamos dos noches! Son buena gente y te pueden sorprender con huevos y verduras por la mañana. Gente sana y de los que hacen que el mundo pueda ser un lugar mejor
Nous avons découvert un endroit surprenant avec une vue extraordinaire sur la campagne environnante. Les propriétaires,Saskia et Alex, sont en train d’aménager un domaine très accueillant rempli de curiosités (douche solaire, yourte, tipi,.. arbres fruitiers). L’accès n’y est pas évident (privilégier l’accès par Vide Entre Vinhas). Nous avons apprécié les temps de discussion avec Saskia et Alex et nous leur souhaitons beaucoup de réussite dans leur projet.

If you are searching for something special with an amazing view and probably one of the most beautiful sunsets in Serra da Estrella (and i saw quite a few) this is your place to stay. We arrived with a 2 year old and our dog und got a very warm welcome. The street to get there is a little bit adventurous but with our Fiat Ducato 7m long we arrived save and easy.
Heel erg vriendelijk mensen! We zijn samen met Alex en Saskia naar een lokaal festival gegaan. We hebben deze overnachting met veel plezier mogen ervaren. Ze hebben paarden, kippen en honden en er is een eigen moestuin. En een geweldige douche (zoals vaker te lezen in de reacties). Wij hopen dat de dromen van Alex en Saskia mogen uitkomen!!

Wat een fantastische plek! Vanuit de camper hadden we een erg mooi uitzicht over de vallei. Alex en Saskia zijn een super lief stel. Verder genoten van de lieve dieren op het land. We raden deze mooie P4N plek sterk aan! Bedankt.
Ich kann diesen Ort und Alex &Saskia als Gastgeber wirklich nur empfehlen!!! Mitten in der Natur, trotzdem nah zur Autobahn, findet man hier seine Ruhe bei tollem Ausblick plus Annehmlichkeiten einer Ökotoillette &Außendusche. Ich kam unangemeldet & wurde super herzlich empfangen! Auch mit Hund ist es super!! Ein frisches Ei und Kirschen pflücken inklusive :-) Ich komme gern wieder!
Un endroit superbe et des hôtes adorables. A notre éveil il y avait des œufs frais. Une vue splendide de notre place. Un conseil, venez par la M553 au village, sinon le chemin est très long et difficile ! Nous souhaitons une belle vie à Alex et Saskia dans leur paradis !
Wauw! Wat een fantastische plek om te staan! Wij zijn enorm gastvrij ontvangen door Alex en Saskia, die van de Quinta da Gil hun droomplekje in dit mooie landschap maken. Beide ruime camperplekken (en de warme buitendouche) hebben uitzicht op de vallei met prachtige zonsondergangen. Ook een goede uitvalsbasis om te wandelen in de bergen en de verschillende middeleeuwse stadjes te bezoeken.
Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Super nette Gastgeber, sehr ruhig und eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Wir sind auch mit einem 7m langen Fahrzeug heil angekommen:) Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
Perfecte plek, heerlijk rustig, lieve enthousiaste mensen kortom; top verblijf!
Supermooie plek, prachtig uitzicht en hartstikke leuke mensen. We mochten spontaan mee op bezoek bij de schapenboerderij van de buren om het melken te zien. We waren met een renault master, 270cm hoog en 620cm lang, dat gaat prima over de weg. Aanrijden via de M553 (niet via de n17) de laatste 650m is onverhard.
Vielen Dank für die wundervollen 2 Tagen hier! Es ist ein absoluter Traumplatz mit einer tollen Aussicht und einem super Sonnenuntergang. Von hier aus kann man toll wandern und sich danach bei einer warmen Solardusche im Freien frisch machen. Definitiv mein Lieblingsplatz! Wir kommen wieder!
What a special place! Alex and Saskia are so welcoming and the views across their land are incredible. The outdoor solar shower was a real highlight. Beautiful walks can be taken from the land where we met many friendly locals. Access is a little tricky as the dirt road down to the land is steep and bumpy in places, wouldn’t want to attempt leaving after rain! But we managed fine in a L3 Boxer.
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Tage an diesem ganz besonderen Ort mit so großartigen Gastgebern! Man fühlt sich direkt wohl! Es gibt sehr viel zu entdecken (grundstückseigener Wanderweg!) und man spürt an allen Ecken wie sie mit wie viel Liebe zur Natur und zur Nachhaltigkeit ihr Projekt umsetzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und parken dann beim nächsten Mal direkt oben..! :) Tausend Dank!
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne viel zu kurze Zeit und den denkbar herzlichsten Empfang der Beiden. Die Aussichten sind am Tag und in der Nacht großartig. Wir sind gespannt was die Beiden sich noch einfallen lassen, zur Zeit wird ein Schwimmteich errichtet. Die Anfahrt ist holprig aber mit unserem 6.40 Meter langen und 3 Meter hohen Fahrzeug kein Problem.
Wij hebben genoten van de heerlijke plek bij Alex en Saskia! Veel ruimte, een fijne buitendouche en ontzettend leuke lieve mensen! Dankbaar dat we bij jullie geweest zijn!
What a magnificent place. The owners are so lovely and warm. They make you feel comfortable. In de morning eggs from your chicken, looking how you train your two horses your outdoor shower, and compost toilet are great. Thank you for sharing your life with us. Your “way of living” is so unique, basic and so pure. We know your place is not finished, but you can already see and feel your dream.
Complete serenity and the couple Saskia and Alex completing the positive scenario. we got fresh eggs for breakfast and some great pancakes for dessert. good walking in the surroundings. Pay attention to the dirt road leading to the site, which can be too steep and complicated for large motorhomes. I advise you to call the owners before arriving.
Great place, Alex en Saskia are a lovely couple. Wonderful nature hike, cool campground. They are working on it, to be the best place of Portugal. Love your style.
We spend a few nights at this beautiful spot surrounded by nature. Amazing views over the Sierra and some of the best sunsets we've seen. Be sure to try the outdoor shower, even in November! Alex and Saskia are very warm and welcoming hosts and we ended up staying longer than planned. We'll definitely come back here! Thank you for sharing your piece of freedom with us!
