Disaster. They have now stopped allowing a service stop, and we weren’t allowed to use the toilets. They couldn’t have been more unhelpful. We then had to drive 20 minutes to the tap by the canal and had full toilets. Not good. Also if you do book, the minimum is 2 nights and you have to book 24 hours in advance. Crazy.

Camping très propre et calme. Bien aménagé. Seul bémol, on entend la route qui passe plus loin.

Kamen rechtzeitig, um einen Platz (ohne Reservierung zu bekommen). 17 Uhr gab es ein Schild: „Park full“. Wir hatten Stellplatz 82 und der Platz war SEHR GUT: keine Geräusche von der Autobahn, keine direkten Nachbarn, nur Geräusche vom Bach! PERFEKT! Es gibt Transponder für Zufahrt und Toilette, Schlüssel für Frischwasser. Wir hatten eine SEHR ruhige Nacht, würden aber nicht auf einem anderen Stellplatz stehen wollen. Kosten: 30 Pfund für 2 Erwachsene im Wohnmobil, inklusive Strom.

Let us dump graywater, refill and empty our toilet for 10 £. A bit expensive but we could not find another place and the toilet was full.

Waren für zwei Nächte vor Ort. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und Sanitärräume. Gegen Abend je nach Pitch etwas lauter, wenn die Motorradfahrer die Straße neben dem Campingplatz hoch jagen. Sealife etc Fussläufig erreichbar. Zug nach Glasgow braucht ~45min.

Attention pour ceux qui compte arriver tard comme moi, les barrières sont fermés à 6h, impossible de dormir là du coup.

Fantastic spotlessly clean site, with great amenities within a stones throw of Loch Lomond, pubs, restaurants, shops,boat trips on Loch Lomond to Luss & the islands, with aces to more walking than you can shake a hiking stick at.

Camping calme, parfait pour une étape après Glasgow. Camping très propre et bien organisé, les emplacements sont parfaits pour les camping-cars et caravanes. Nous avons payé 30 £ pour le camping et 4 personnes incluses.
