Large flat gravel area plenty of space for vans, public toilet across the road less than 5 min walk shuts at night. Beach and bars less than 5 min walk play park a bit further on. Huge sand dunes on the beach. We enjoyed our stay here and would return :)
Martybhoy12/03/202411/3/24. Spent a pleasant quiet night in this huge parking area. Thanks to the local community of Lossiemouth for providing this area. Most towns don’t have the foresight to understand how beneficial these areas are. Maybe a sign at the main road would be handy.

Fairly level spaces and great to feel welcome as the sign shows. The two places to give your contribution are shops (which wasn’t obvious to us) along the road north towards the marina. Ate well at the Salt Cellar restaurant. Interesting little fishing museum run by former sailors at the harbour.

hotbeefstu06/08/2023Thanks to the people who made this place I wish that there was more towns with the vision for these sort of parking places we all spend money in the local community. Reduced by one star as after a heavy night rain we woke to find we had a large swimming pool near us !!!!!

Exakt wie beschrieben… kein Service, kein Grauwasser und Chemietoilette… dafür kostenfrei! Wer möchte kann in der Nähe spenden. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bucht und dem Sandstrand. Wenige Minuten zur Stadtmitte. Prima Stellplatz für eine Nacht

We did not stay for the night, bit lovely to visit Loussiemouth with its ice cream shops and long sandy beach. toilet should be close, but we did not use any. Parking is huge.
Juliejoobjoob11/04/2023You can stay here for one night for a donation. So quiet. We were the only ones there. 2 min walk to toilets which are open during the day and lovely restaurants and ice cream shops. Also 2 min walk to bridge to get onto miles of gorgeous sandy beach.

Really sheltered and quiet spot. Enough room for many vans and right on the beach for walks and bike rides. Paid £5 at shop and thanked them.

Guter Übernachtungsplatz nur für Wohnmobile. Donation/Spende wird erwartet. Kann man etwa 400m entfernt bei der Toilette mit dem asphaltierten Parkplatz entrichten. Keine Versorgung oder Entsorgung. Ort sieht an der Uferpromenade recht nett aus. Langer Sandstrand. Eventuell auch zum Wellenreiten gut geeignet. Neue Surfschule an diesem Parkplatz. Öffnungszeiten?

Post code took us past the car park and into a narrow little road but we realised we had passed it and doubled back. Very quiet, toilets are across the road but no further than on some sites we have stayed on; they are open all night and very clean. Beautiful views, really pretty bay.
