Stayed here for 2 days for bouldering. Seems safe enough and people did not seem bothered by us at all. Only thing to note is that quite a few people including the larger garbage trucks seem to use this spot as their U-Turn back into Petrohrad, so I would take care to leave enough space behind the ramp or there might be issues. We left space and nobody was bothered
