Une partie de l'ancien A590 aujourd'hui inutilisée et une impasse. complètement caché par les arbres. Devient plus nivelé lorsque vous montez, un peu de bruit de la route provenant de la nouvelle section de l'A590, mais vous avez passé une bonne nuit de sommeil ici sans perturbation et de bons chemins pour promener les chiens. De la place pour peut-être 3 camping-cars, mais vous devez soit faire demi-tour pour rejoindre la route principale, soit faire marche arrière (pas de problème dans une camionnette de 7 mètres).
Part of the old A590 now unused and a dead end. completely screened by trees. Gets leveler as you drive up, bit of road noise from new section of A590 but had a good night's sleep here with no disturbance and good paths to walkthe dogs. Room for maybe 3 motorhomes but you need to either turn round to rejoin main road or reverse out ( no problem in 7metre van).
Ein Teil des alten A590 jetzt ungenutzt und eine Sackgasse. vollständig von Bäumen abgeschirmt. Beim Auffahren wird es ebener, ein bisschen Straßenlärm vom neuen Abschnitt der A590, aber ich habe hier gut geschlafen, ohne Störungen und gute Wege, um mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Platz für vielleicht 3 Wohnmobile, aber Sie müssen entweder umkehren, um wieder auf die Hauptstraße zu gelangen, oder rückwärts fahren (kein Problem in einem 7-Meter-Van).

Stayed here end of June and was the only one at this place. I just stayed because it was late and I was tired-didn´t feel very safe. Nevertheless, slept well and did not hear much traffic (due to earplugs :-) ) . Also, there was a lot of rubbish around; must be very difficult to take it home.....
Beautiful little spot, only giving 3 stars because you do get a lot of road noise, and the flattest pitch is right up the top, the rest you’ll probably need blocks for. Not easy to turn around either so reverse in if your doors on the left of van. If these things don’t bother you then beautiful free spot right next to a small crag called Whitestone, careful of ticks in the bracken
Good spot for an overnight, just one other van there and a few cyclists passing in the morning. Constant traffic noise from the A590 though
