Hay un cartel que indica que está permitido pernoctar y aparcar las autocaravanas de 20:00 de la tarde a 10:00 de la mañana
Parking coopératif, avec toilettes publiques, centre d'accueil et café. Très proche de l'ancienne carrière, un bel endroit pour le soleil du soir et la baignade (en été !) Les toilettes ont une machine payante mais elle n'est pas active actuellement.
Co-op car park, with public toilets, a visitor centre and coffee shop. Very close to the old quarry, a lovely spot for evening sun and swimming (in summer!) Toilets have a pay machine but it isn’t currently active.
Genossenschaftsparkplatz mit öffentlichen Toiletten, Besucherzentrum und Café. Ganz in der Nähe des alten Steinbruchs, ein schöner Ort für Abendsonne und Schwimmen (im Sommer!). Toiletten haben einen Bezahlautomaten, aber er ist derzeit nicht aktiv.

Notin6516/02/2023Pas approprié pour les caravanes et camping-cars mais semble ok pour les vans. Calme. Les toilettes sont payantes en journée , la présence du co-op (ouvert jusqu’a 22h) et café est appréciable.

Great little stop Caffè is really good for a wee soup or a toastie ... locals really friendly ... perfect stop for food and a wee rest view is stunning

op zich een aardige parkeerplaats, ideaal om even te pauzeren. Coop zit ernaast. tevens meerdere eet- en drinkgelegenheden nabij. wc's zijn matig. ik vond de herenwc's wel ok, maar mijn vrouw was niet te spreken over de dameswc. je kan het wc-hok gewoon in lopen zonder te betalen. helaas mag je er niet overnachten (i.t.t. wat andere reviews je doen geloven).

Well I’ve come back to Ballachulish to stay in the Co-op car park, as the pier one is now closed with a barrier, to an absolute tirade of abuse from two locals who were irate with the way I parked. My van is quite large so can’t park straight into a parking place, I did have to use 3 1/2 spaces which they really didn’t like ??. I would avoid this place if you have a bigger van like I have the locals are just not friendly. AVOID IF YOU CAN

Schöner Platz für eine Nacht. Irgendwann blendend man den Lärm um ein rum aus. Sogar mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Toiletten sind auch vorhanden.

Accessible toilets for a fee via card reader. (Ladies was just open all night when we visited) Handy rubbish dumpsters. Handy cafe. Handy Coop. Car park lighting on all night. Plenty of other campervans parked overnight with us. Quiet despite proximity to being between two roads. Nice short walks from here.

A super stop for overnight. A great walk for a leg stretch and for your dogs at the nearby interesting historical quarry. There are bins, toilets and a co-op open until 10pm. A tad noisy with traffic but it dies down when the shop shuts. Lots of vans so one feels safe.

für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. um 22 Uhr macht der Laden zu. Danach wirds ruhig. Klos offen aber nicht gerade nett. Steinbruch ist einen besuch wert. Im hinteren See ist das Wasser ganz klar, wir sind trotz kälte einmal rein gehüpft. Sehr zu Empfehlen.

Très bien pour une nuit, les toilettes sont toujours gratuites. Un petit supermarché CO OP à côté. Le centre d'accueil des visiteurs est sympa. Petite balade agréable sur le site de la carrière. Belle présentation de la ville et son histoire. La météo ne nous a pas gâté mais on a passé une bonne nuit.
