Wie zuvor beschrieben ruhiger aber auch weit abgelegener Stellplatz. Ca. Für 5 Autos Platz etwa 50m weiter unten nochmal ein etwas kleinerer Platz. Für alle empfehlenswert die sich auch in abgelegenen Plätzen wohl fühlen

Super spot pour rester une nuit, le chemin est en terre avec quelques trous, les caravanes pourraient avoir du mal à monter. L'endroit est propre et en pleine nature. Quelques randonneurs sont de passage. On recommande.

I live here. We're tired of the poo hidden behind the trees, the toilet paper in the bushes, your rubbish in our bins etc. It's a car park for people going walking not a motor home site. Please use the lovely facilities at the local motor home sites rather than our back yard. Thank you.

***the drive up is steep and windy*** There’s a few potholes at the forest entrance, but quickly turns into a paved road. Lovely place to park. Highly recommend getting here early and it’s gets busy quick. Lots of campers came up and turned back around due to no space. Two parked below, 4 medium-large parked up top. It’s a lovely spot. Note you can only fit 3 at top on the flat, it slants off

mega ruhig und dunkel (Sterne), alle entspannt und deutsch, ziemlich voll aber, man sollte 1 Stunde vor Sonnenuntergang min da sein. Wir standen zu 3. unten (mehr geht nicht) und oben war mit 5 auch voll

Au top... Coin tranquille dans la forêt L'accès se fait par une petite route peu large et grimpante. Ça vaut le détour.

Très jolie, très calme.

It's very steep to access on a single track road. Pretty peaceful as you're in a forest. Two carparks. The bottom one isn't level, but the top does have some fairly level spaces. We were one of three. Can people not poo around the area, it's disgusting and ruins it for others.

Lieu assez calme nous avons très sympathique une route un peu 4X4 mais en van et camping sa passe

L'accès est assez raide sur plusieurs centaines de mètres, il faut croiser les doigts pour ne pas avoir quelqu'un d'autre en face ! le premier parking est très penché, le deuxième vite squatté... Effectivement il y a quelques mouches. Bref faut pas avoir peur de grimper. Peu de réseau.

le lieu avait l'air super bien, mais on a été envahi par une nuée de mouches, on ne pouvait pas sortir du véhicule. nous ne sommes donc pas restés dormir là la nuit.

Je confirme, super endroit dans la forêt, très calme. Une dame est passé pour nous laisser un papier qui explique qu’une association s’occupe de la forêt et qu’on peut faire un don. N’hésitez pas!

Good place to sleep in the forrest. Nothing special. Ok for a night.

Great stay, there's a small bottom car park that a camper was in and we stayed in the top on our own, leaflet left on our car but just to donate money for the upkeep of the forest.

Perfekter Platz für kleine Wanderungen über hervorragend gepflegte Wege. Außerdem befinden sich ein toller kleiner MTB Trailpark 3km weiter, der vom Verein Abriachan Forest Classroom unterhalten wird. Übrigens wird auch der Parkplatz von diesem Verein gepflegt, weshalb wir gerne eine kleine Spende gegeben haben.

Wir waren froh, dem Rummel am Loch Ness zu entkommen. Am Abend waren es insgesamt 4 Fahrzeuge, 3 Wohnmobile und ein Bully. Es ging gut, wir haben uns platzmäßig arrangiert und bildeten mit einem Franzosen, einem Briten und zwei deutschen Fahrzeugen eine harmonische Gemeinschaft. Ist eigentlich für diesen schönen kleinen Platz schon zu viel.

Heerlijk rustige plek. Plek was erg schoon, en er was ruimte voor een kampvuur.

Mooie plek in het bos! Zeer rustig! Wakker worden tussen het gefluit van vogels.’s ochtends kwam een vriendelijke buurtbewoonster vragen of we de plek netjes achter willen laten (veel campers laten toiletpapier achter). Evt een donatie achterlaten voor het onderhoud van het bos wordt op prijs gesteld.

très bon spot. seuls sur une place bien stable au 2e parking. dommage que de précédents voyageurs récents aient laisser leur papier toilettes derrière la souche de l'arbre tombé. laisser un endroit propre n'est pourtant pas si compliqué.

Super quiet spot, nobody else there when we stayed, as with all the other suggestions, just keep climbing the hill till you hit the log pile and the flat spot. Fair amount of Midges but it’s the forest so it’s part of the deal.

Très bon spot, au calme dans la forêt. Effectivement il ne faut pas s’arrêter au premier point très en pente mais monter encore une cinquantaine de mètres. 1 place vraiment plate mais les deux autres potentielles places ne sont que légèrement en pente.

we had a lovely stay, definitely recommend the top bit, lots of room for other van more then 2, peaceful, great start to the peak

I wouldn’t say it’s particularly flat unless you park right in the middle which is quite antisocial! There is a sharp left turn when approaching from the south off the main A road round Loch Ness to get onto the road leading up to this spot, use the lay-by opposite the road to turn into it, impossible otherwise for cars let alone vans! Coordinates take you to the start of the mud/gravel track.

Nous sommes restés au niveau du panneau car en van (et arrivés tard dans le noir) après etre allés voir les deux parkings décrits le lendemain, tout est comme décrit, calme, ok, a l’écart. Le parking tout en haut semble mener au portail du champ d’un agriculteur, se garer a l’écart.

Very peaceful place for one night, I didn't mind the first parking as I was sleeping on my car. I recommend it !

Good little overnight spot! Be careful as on the hill! Like last person said it’s the second hill up as it’s more flat! Can get icy in winter

Great spot! Surrounded by nature and woodland. Fire pit was already laid out. Can hear roads early eve but nothing at night. Had no disturbance in the night. Friendly dog walkers began arriving at 9ish (Sunday). Lovely morning walk around the forest with views of Loch Ness.

We stopped here last night very quiet and out of the way bit sloping but managed to get a flat enough space, nice quiet nights sleep no midges either :)

Schöner ruhiger Platz in den Bergen. Standen hier insgesamt mit 3 Campern.

Great peaceful location well away from the main road. Good for dogs as so quiet and safe. Dead end track asides from forestry gate - one other campervan here when we arrived late (22:00) but no other people or vehicles all night.

Les palces de la zona marcada són amb pendent, just a sobre hi ha una curva amb una zona plana. Molts midges. Nit molt tranquila amb silenci absolut.

Emplacement très calme et plat. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les midges.

L’endroit est sympa. Mais sans descendre du véhicule, nous étions envahis de midges. Nous ne sommes pas restés.

Silencio absoluto y llano. Un sitio perfecto en medio de la naturaleza

Grundsätzlich ein ruhiger Platz im grünen. Jedoch mussten wir um ca 21:00 Uhr das weite Suchen da auf einmal hunderte kleine stechmücken uns heimsuchen. Leider so klein, dass der insektenschutz keine Chance hatte. Sind weitergezogen

Endroit très calme, au milieu de la nature. Ensoleillé et à l'abri du vent.

Sehr ruhiger und schöner Platz, außer ein Paar Fußgänger war nichts los. Leider mussten wir uns zum schlafen einen anderen Platz suchen da sehr viele Midgets da waren

Toller versteckter Platz für ein, zwei Nächte. Ruhig gelegen. Wie oben schon beschrieben, am besten die 50m weiter nach oben fahren - ebener und gerader Platz. Was irritiert ist der „Schotterweg“ nach oben. Einige Schlaglöcher aber es lohnt sich. Ab und an kommen einige Wanderer vorbei.
