Perfekt zum Übernachten vor der Fährüberfahrt. Sicherer, beleuchteter Ort, wegen des LKW-Verkehrs nicht besonders ruhig. Perfecto para pasar la noche antes de la travesía en ferry. Lugar seguro, iluminado, no muy tranquilo por el tráfico de camiones. Perfetto per trascorrere la notte prima della traversata in traghetto. Luogo sicuro, illuminato, non molto silenzioso a causa del traffico di camion. Parkeerplaats direct bij de veerhaven op de parkeerplaats van het ticketgebouw. 4 aangewezen plaatsen voor stacaravans, maar er zijn nog grotere parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar. Ideaal om te overnachten vóór de overtocht. Veilige, verlichte plek, niet superstil vanwege vrachtverkeer. Top Platz wenn man am Abend ankommt und am nächsten Morgen die Fähre nehmen will. Man kann dort einfach umsonst schlafen und dann geht die Reise weiter. Wer am frühen Nachmittag ankommt könnte vielleicht besser den Stellplatz in der Nähe nehmen. Da gibt es mehr als nur einen Parkplatz.
Good stop for a night before heading back home. Ticket office, car hire, money exchange in yellow building with clean toilets. Only 4 spaces for camping cars. The down side is too noisy as trucks, cars going passed behind all day and night. Couldn't get any sleep. But free and fell safe enough.
Trascorsa la notte tra il 21 e il 22 agosto 2023. Comodo e tranquillo per passare la notte prima di salpare. Proprio davanti all'edificio della biglietteria, la cui sala d'aspetto e i cui servizi rimangono accessibili tutta la notte.

Effettivamente come detto da altri, Google Maps fa passare da un divieto, quando si arriva al divieto bisogna semplicemente seguire "ticket office". Bagni puliti e sempre aperti all'interno dello stabile. È disponibile anche una macchina del caffè e una macchinetta per merendine e bibite. Tutto sommato molto bene, zona sicura e luci sempre accese. Un po' rumorosa per via dei camion.

Like another comment mentioned, follow signs for the car ferry and ticket office. The car park is flat and toilets are clean but floodlights are on all night and lorries drive close by consistently all night.
the coordinates are incorrect. just follow the car ferry signs. The cordinates N 50°58’26.4504” E 1°52’36.1128” take you to a restricted area after check in, Google maps attempts to take you through a restricted entrance. The parking is just prior to the Car Ferry entrance, follow signs for the Car ferry.
Stayed for the night slept very well even with the traffic noise.
Mit einem Camper van ist es ideal. Toiletten 24 std offen und sehr sauber. Snackautomaten gibt es auch rund um die Uhr. Es war in der Nacht sehr ruhig und angenehm. Es ist ein Parkplatz mit 4 WoMo Stellplätzen. Da diese aber schon belegt waren haben wir uns auf einen der zahlreichen anderen Parkplätze gestellt. War gratis und kein Problem.
Dommage pour 2 places occupées par des VL mais nuit tranquille à l’entrée du check-in (le long du trottoir, réservé aux bus mais pas d’autre choix). WC public pas loin dans le bâtiment principal mais malheureusement occupé par gens peu recommandables.
Parking récent et pratique. Cependant presque plein un vendredi soir et les 4 places camping car occupées par 2 camionnettes, 1 remorque et un jumper. Dommage. On s’edt mis avec notre fourgon de 6m dans une place standard, on dépassait un peu…

Super Parkplatz, wenn man mit der Fähre übersetzt. Kostenlos und saubere Toiletten ~ 1* ~ Wir sind gegen 23Uhr angekommen und haben mit unserem WoMo (8m) noch einen Platz bekommen. Das Heck stand zwar über‘n Bordstein, aber das war kein Problem. Morgens gegen 5/6Uhr beginnt der Reiseverkehr, dann wird’s lauter. Logisch. Man kann sogar in dem Gebäude noch Geld wechseln, falls notwendig :)
Aparcamiento dentro del puerto si tienes un ferry pronto. Una noche tranquila excepto un poco de ruido por los camiones que enbarcan a media noche. Parking gratuito en el interior del puerto.
Many satnavs won't find this. Follow the N216 to Car Ferry. It will bring you to the large check-in area with many lanes leading to the gates. Immediately turn left to exit that area, then turn right. The car park is immediately off the roundabout. If you miss that exit and are forced to go through check-in they will send you along an escape road that brings you to the same roundabout.
Very practical overnight stop before taking a ferry. Follow signs for the ticket office. It is the car park for the ticket office. Four designated motorhome places. Plenty of other parking bays. Toilets in the ticket office.
10 CC sur le parking et encore de la place. Les places pour agences de location de vehicules sont vides et elle permettent de reculer au delà de la bordure. La patrouille de sécurité a validé l'arrêt sur ces places pour une courte durée < 1 j.
Great spot for 1 night if you have a late or early ferry crossing. Facilities open and manned 24/7. Vending machines inside terminal for basic snacks. 4 motorhome bays but 2 had parked cars in them. As mentioned in other reviews constant traffic noise due to ferries coming and going throughout the night.
Endroit très sûr, éclairage comme en plein jour à partir de 23h ! Un peu de bruit la nuit. Simple parking bien pratique avant ou après le ferry. 4 places pour CC mais on peut se garer sur d autres emplacements si maxi 6m.
Super Platz zum Übernachten vor der Fähre. Toiletten sind neu sehr sauber und 24 h zugänglich (Eingang in der Nacht Rechts auf der Seite) Es sind nur 4 Camperplätze vorhanden aber es ist erlaubt auf den Pkw Plätzen quer zu Parken die sind reichlich vorhanden. Platz wird überwacht und ist kostenlos. Alles bestens.
Pocas plazas para autocaravanas, solo 4 y algunas ocupadas por coches. Hemos pernoctado en las plazas de coche y sin problema. Noche tranquila. A partir de las 5h empieza a haber movimiento de vehículos. Buen lugar para embarcar al día siguiente. No hay servicios de vaciado ni llenado

Einfacher Parkplatz, aber geschickt, wenn man am nächsten Morgen die Fähre benutzen möchte. Toiletten sind im Haven-Gebäude rund um die Uhr zugänglich. Leider gibt es aber keine Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten für Chemie Toiletten.

Nur geeignet, wenn man früh morgens auf die Fähre muss. Wir kamen spät abends an und es waren ca. 10 Fahrzeuge da, wovon nur 4 auf die WoMo Plätze passen. Wir hatten mit 7m Länge echt Probleme, da 2m zu lang für PKW Plätze. Hat aber am Ende niemand gestört. Eher geeignet für Kastenwagen und VW Busse, die sich dann auch übers WC freuen. Morgens wird es früh laut.

Wir haben den Parkplatz erst nicht gefunden. Mit dieser Adresse klappt es: 285 Av. du Mérite Maritime, 62100 Calais, Frankreich. Er ist direkt hinter dem P&O FERRIES - Ticket Office. Wenn man den Platz dann mal gefunden hat, gibt es nichts zu meckern. 24h WC, beleuchtet, ruhig, warme Halle. In der Nacht muss man den Seiteneingang benutzen!
Toller Platz, sehr hell beleuchtet, WC im Gebäude ist super sauber (nachts ist der Eingang an der Seite). Ich fand es nicht ganz einfach, hinzufinden, aber wenn man den Schildern „billetterie“ folgt, klappt es ganz gut.
Big parking lot for cars. Also 4 spots for bug camper vans. Perfect spot for staying a night before early ferry leaving. Next to it is a building with toilets, sitting area, ticket office etc. You can also charge your devices. Staff was really nice. :)
Stacaravans, mooie locatie , enkel voor gehomologeerde kampeerwagens , dus geen camionetten of tenten.
Es perfecto si necesitas cruzar, puedes dejar la autocaravana los días que requieras mientras vuelves de UK, si vas a pasar con la autocaravana puedes dormir sin problema, dentro de las instalaciones hay baño y acceso a wifi gratis. NO hay servicios para autocaravana solo estacionamiento y posibilidad de pernoctar.

A big improvement on the pre check-in waiting area of yesteryear. It’s really a little too close to one of the lorry exits so there’s a lot of noise every hour or so during the night. That said it’s excellent for the early crossing

Perfekt geeignet für eine Übernachtung vor oder nach einer Überfahrt. Auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt es vier etwas breitere Parkbuchten für Wohnmobile, aber auch auf dem restlichen Parkplatz stehen viele Womos über Nacht. Toiletten im Ticketoffice rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Natürlich nicht leise, aber für eine Nacht perfekt.
Je staat er veilig, maar wel heel veel lawaai! We hebben er amper geslapen!
I would never dream of overnighting in Calais however DFDS would not move our ferry earlier without a huge fee. I was positively surprised, services very clean. There is truck noise throughout the night and there is alot of flood lighting which made it seem like 24 hour daylight but with this and cameras it made me feel more secure. Perfect free stop for an early ferry
Ottimo se si deve imbarcare presto. Il navigatore non ci portava nel punto esatto, come punto di riferimento tenete l’edificio dorato in foto. Ci siamo sentiti tranquillo per la botte eravamo una decina di camper parcheggiati. Costo zero, ovviamente nessun servizio.
Llegamos a las 21h para pasar la noche y poder coger el Ferry a las 8.25h de la mañana. Hay algo de ruido de los camiones que pasan por detrás, pero estuvimos bien y tranquilos junto a otras autocaravanas.

Spot très pratique de part sa situation idéal à côté du lieu pour embarquer . Nous avons passé la nuit le 22/06/22 et nous étions 2 camping car .
