A great place to stay, a little stormy, a lot of surfers, 2m barrier on car park but toilets and water tap on site, you can walk to the top of the castle up the inside of the walls, if you're in the area don't miss the opportunity it's fascinating, also the rock pool about 1mile north it's great for a swim when the tide is out.
Spent a very peaceful night parked further along the road by the sea watching the rolling waves. Toilets clean at car park beside crumbling castle and fishing pier. Very safe.

very exposed to the elements. makes for cool viewing for sea watchers. toilets are functional, bring your own paper just in case. no dumping facilities of any kind. all that being said, it was quiet and safe with a few other vans alongside us. would be amazing on a calmer day.
