(422 00) TRAVEL STOP METEORA - CAFE RESTAURANT

Nous avions besoin d'électricité et avons demandé au propriétaire du parking, alias restaurant, si nous pouvions brancher son électricité et y passer la nuit.
Il nous a laissés super gentils sans rien demander, mais nous nous sommes sentis obligés d'acheter quelque chose à l'intérieur de son marché / restaurant et de lui donner un pourboire. Maintenant, nous sommes en basse saison et donc il n'y a pas beaucoup de circulation mais toujours une route principale avec de nombreux camions passe à proximité.

We needed some electricity and asked the owner of the parking lot, aka restaurant, if we could plug in his electricity and spend the night there. He super nice left us without asking for anything, but we felt compelled to buy something inside his market / restaurant and tip him. Now we are in the low season and therefore there is not a lot of traffic but still a main road with many trucks passes nearby.

Wir brauchten etwas Strom und fragten den Besitzer des Parkplatzes, auch bekannt als Restaurant, ob wir seinen Strom anschließen und dort übernachten könnten. Er hat uns super nett verlassen, ohne nach etwas zu fragen, aber wir fühlten uns gezwungen, etwas in seinem Markt / Restaurant zu kaufen und ihm ein Trinkgeld zu geben. Jetzt sind wir in der Nebensaison und daher gibt es nicht viel Verkehr, aber immer noch eine Hauptstraße mit vielen LKWs führt in der Nähe vorbei.

Necesitábamos electricidad y le preguntamos al dueño del estacionamiento, también conocido como restaurante, si podíamos conectarle la electricidad y pasar la noche. Nos dejó super agradables sin pedir nada, pero nos sentimos obligados a comprar algo dentro de su mercado / restaurante y darle propina. Ahora estamos en temporada baja, por lo que no hay mucho tráfico, pero todavía hay una carretera principal con muchos camiones que pasan cerca.

Avevamo bisogno di un po’ di elettricità e abbiamo chiesto al proprietario del parcheggio, ovvero di un ristorante, se potevamo attaccarci alla sua corrente e passare la notte lì. Lui super gentile ci ha lasciato senza chiedere nulla, ma ci siamo sentiti in dovere di acquistare qualcosa all’interno del suo market/ristorante e lasciargli la mancia. Ora siamo in bassa stagione e quindi non c’è moltissimo traffico ma comunque vicino passa una strada principale con molti camion.

We hadden elektriciteit nodig en vroegen de eigenaar van de parkeerplaats, oftewel restaurant, of we zijn elektriciteit konden aansluiten en overnachten. Hij liet ons super aardig achter zonder iets te vragen, maar we voelden ons gedwongen om iets in zijn markt / restaurant te kopen en hem een fooi te geven. Nu zijn we in het laagseizoen dus er is niet veel verkeer maar toch passeert een hoofdweg met veel vrachtwagens in de buurt.
