Nice quite place forestry parking start of one of the vale trails no`8 the odd car driving past but nothing to loose sleep over the odd 1 or 2 dog walkers in the morning

bexjeffrey17/03/2024Practical, quiet, flat, good data/signal, able to work here. Locals approached & were friendly enough, but confused about why so many vans were staying here. It's not particularly picturesque

Really lovely stopover next to some great trails for walking / running. Car park can be quite busy until 10pm and again from 7am with dog walkers but nothing to stop a good night sleep! Good phone signal (Vodaphone) but no bins so take your rubbish with you!

Really lovely little spot. Arrived at about 8pm, a few other cars here. Unfortunately at about 9pm two cars with a young lad in each parked up and are blasting music. Too tired to move on so coping.

Lovely woodland camp spot in a free car park. No bins. Peaceful nights sleep. Many walkers arrive reasonably early but no bother. We would go back again.

Very nice spot for a quiet night. I slept well here with no disturbances. 2 cars parked all night with me but they were out camping in the forest. Good signal (three network), no bins. Nice walks in the forest. Lots of action during the day, had a long walk at 8am then made a brew and left at noon.

Quiet. Flat. Wide. No height or other restrictions. 15mins from motorway. Few dog walkers. Some stone benches to sit. Strong signal. No bins. Take your rubbish with you
