Parking goudronné. Sur la côte, a une plage de schiste avec des rochers spectaculaires dans la mer. Situé dans des piscines abandonnées remplies de mer qui seraient censées être ramenées à leur ancienne gloire. Peu de promeneurs de chiens le jour, une ou deux voitures arrivent après la tombée de la nuit mais repartent rapidement, la police patrouille à l'occasion mais ne se soucie pas des camping-cars.
Tarmac parking area. On the coast, has a shale beach with dramatic rocks out into the sea. Situated at dissused sea filled swimming pools which are reportedly to be brought back to their former glory.
Few dog walkers by day, one or two cars arrive after dark but soon leave, police patrol the spot on occasion but not concerned about campervans.
Parkplatz asphaltiert. An der Küste befindet sich ein Schieferstrand mit dramatischen Felsen ins Meer. Gelegen an stillgelegten, mit Meer gefüllten Schwimmbädern, die Berichten zufolge zu ihrem früheren Glanz zurückgebracht werden sollen. Wenige Spaziergänger mit Hunden am Tag, ein oder zwei Autos kommen nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit an, fahren aber bald wieder ab, die Polizei patrouilliert gelegentlich die Stelle, macht sich aber keine Sorgen um Wohnmobile.

Great spot, but the swimming pool area is now shut as its being worked on.... Such a shame that people think it's OK to fly tip paint and other household items down the aide of the cliff into the sea.. Nice to stay for lunch and a quick walk but we didn't stay overnight as it was a very busy area and very close to the sea and was worried about the tide coming in...
Great spot. 3 parking places right on the waterside. Over the path there are loads more spaces. Lots of dog walkers during the day but they come and go and very quiet at night. Absolutely no mobile phone reception. The sun hoes being the mountain around 7pm. Beautiful sunset and easy to go for a paddle. A couple of cars passed by in the night but only 1 other MH stayed the night. Quiet.
Beautiful view and 'eye of the needle' rock formation is worth a look. Popular spot with locals and dog walkers. No car movement after 10pm when I stayed. Level parking, fell asleep to the sound of waves. Bins available.
Traumhaft schöner Platz direkt am Meer. Ab von jeglicher Infrastruktur, aber mit dem Fahrrad kann man toll Banff und Macduff erkunden und entlang der Küste radeln.
Vue magnifique. Allez voir juste derrière le rocher nommé "eye of the needle", puis les piscines désaffectées, puis montez en haut de la falaise par le petit chemin pour une vue splendide. Effectivement, pas mal de promeneurs de chiens, mais sympathiques. cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Nuit très calme.
Wirklich wunderschöner Stellplatz, wenn keine Infrastruktur benötigt wird. Wir hatten eine sehr ruhige Nacht mit schönem Ausblick auf Felsen und Meer.
The views and sound of the waves are great, and it is very quiet. Stayed here 1 Friday night and only had 1 car arrive around 10pm but it left straight away. Exploring the disused sea water swimming pools was good, bins and picnic benches available but no toilets or phone signal.
quite small but flat. dog walkers come and go, so park carefully. lack of mobile signal means 4 stars, but I prefer the peace right by the sea. the golf course's 13th hole is right at the top of the cliff. coastal walks give spectacular views and the town has everything, on a slope.
beautiful spot but extremely popular with dog walkers and car meets. seemed like more people arrive as it goes dark. we were put off and decided to move.
Had x2 visits here. 2021 and this year. Lovely views and the old pool is worth a rake around. Quiet place as well. Nice breakfast at the spotty bag shop along the road in Banff

Excellent spot right by the sea. A few dog walkers during the day, but an peaceful and undisturbed night with the sound of the sea to send you off to sleep. No mobile signal and no facilities except for a waste bin.
We stayed here for a night, awesome rough sea crashing into the rocks nearby. a few cars arrived but soon left when they see the campervans. the access is via a housing estate which doesn't seem right but it does get you there. well worth a look around the old lido swimming pools, really hope they do renovate them and bring them back to life.
