We stopped here for one night. The WC was still open at 11pm and 8am. Maybe it doesn't close? It's a single disabled toilet with a cold water sink. There is a cold water outdoor shower, but we didn't try it. There is a nice view of the bridge, but you can't see the river very much because of a hedge. We visited the bakery in the morning. There is recycling on Rue des Herons, behind the bakery.
